  Reserving a car online, Hertz had the best deal on Priceline. The booth is an easy walk from the gate, but when I got there, a sign directed me to the parking garage. There, two employees were helping customers. The woman helping me was NOT friendly and a little snobby, but alas. I got my car within five minutes. Easy!

  What a great team ,these people are so nice . I would definitely rent from Hertz again in the future and to the girl that helped me find my phone ,Thank you very much.

  I’ve never waited this long to pick up a car rental. Over an hour! This location would greatly benefit from adding extra windows to the small kiosk! Extremely understaffed and not prepared for flights of people coming out to pick up!
