Came here 9/1. Hertz, dollar, and thrifty all being funneled to one counter with one old disgruntled slow man working the desk. He was complaining that he has been at work for 12 hours without a break. The line was over 2 hours long of waiting. There was no sense of urgency for him to speed up the process, oh did I forget to mention he was super slow??? How can hertz operate one person at the desk for 3 rental car companies at the start Labor Day weekend. He complained his manager took off for the weekend so there was no help. What kind of poor management leaves one person at the counter for that many reservations????
