We loved our time at Harvard Terrace! The apartments are nice and the staff is GREAT! We intended to stay much longer but ended up moving out of state for family. Highly recommended!

This is a really good place to rent from, if you're looking for a lowkey nice place to live. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. You usually won't hear any noise unless foot steps or children coming in the building if you live in a building with children around. The landlord is super chill and nice about any concerns or requests you have. There is no smoking allowed in the building, if you're a smoker. Other than what I listed, it's pretty simple rules, be a good tenant and mindful of others. I wouldhighly recommend renting here if this is your first apartment and you're in the Tulsa area.

In my opinion they discriminate against families and people of color. If you call and say you’ve got kids, no available. Funny when my Caucasian husband called as a single man, suddenly they had units. Lot of vacancies in a few hours! Their older units are probably not safe for kids anyway with old chipping paint everywhere, doors that don’t lock (anyone can walk into your building day or night), and no security cameras. Homeless camp out and roam through the property. It’s cheap for a reason.

I lived at Harvard Gardens (as they were known then) for several months with my mother and brother until we could join my U.S. Army officer dad in Japan after his deployment to Korea. This was in the early 1950’s and I remember our apartment well. The complex looks much the same, well-maintained and very comfortable. We had lively lawns and a central entry as well as both a front and back door. My mother especially was impressed with our apartment home.

I just moved in this last weekend. Rolanda is very helpful and has consistently updated me along the way. I waited a good while for the urban floor plan to be available, and I love it! All of the fixtures / appliances etc are brand new, the granite counter tops are impressive, and the updated shower is perfect. I haven’t even got furniture yet and it already feels like home. I absolutely recommend Harvard Terrace if you’re looking for a well maintained apartment that isn’t outrageously priced :)

This complex attempted to weasel out of returning my security deposit.I applied and was approved on February 11th. I heard excellent things about property management and the complex overall. Everything looked great during my tour with Rolanda. I provided a $200 security deposit. In early March, I discovered my future plans were no longer set in stone, so I informed Rolanda on March 9th I could no longer move in on May 1st. I understood the $150 I paid for the application and admin fee wasn't refundable, but I asked when I could pick up my security deposit. She told me "Unfortunately the security deposit is not refundable 24 hours after the approval."1) There was zero mention of this when I filled out the application. 2) Anyone familiar with Oklahoma landlord/tenant laws knows this is a ridiculous reply since I never moved in.I ended up getting it back after a lengthy email, but the fact I even had to do that and briefly thought I would have to go to small claims is absurd.Who knows how many others they've used that excuse on. Very sketchy behavior from a supposedly reputable complex. I advise caution.

Where to start? I have lived here for two years as of this month. I used to work in the apartment business so I knew exactly what to look for. Harvard Terrace continues to dazzle.Every apartment feels more like a duplex or house as not one unit shares a common wall. Every unit still has all of the charm and character of the 1940’s, but has all modern conveniences. The staff is not only professional, but make you feel like the Harvard Terrace family. The community is quiet, pet friendly, and celebrates families with children. It’s clean, and I and neighbors have had no issues with the nasty “R’s”. (Roaches)The price is more than fair. You are in walking distance from grocery, restaurants, shops, and the Tulsa Fair grounds.I know it sounds like I’ve been paid to say this, but I’m just a very grateful resident who is so happy she has found this gem. I plan to stay until I buy my own home.
