Unfortunately, when you get to the register in this specific store, its a whole different ball game. We picked up a drill. Got to the register and was told the tax exempt card for a 30 year and 20 year veteran was no longer accepted and they would need to go online now to answer a thousand questions on who what when where and why they have a tax exempt card. The drill was rung up and came to 65.00 with tax. The sale sign said 49.99 so I questioned the total and was told the drill is actually 59.99 but if you sign up for this $30 membership you can save that $10...... yeah doesn't make sense to me either. We should have gone to lowes or home depot for our purchase.

It's for cheapo tools if your broke or desperate. Decent lifetime warranty wrenches tho. Cheap code readers too.

It's all cheap Chinese junk so it doesn't matter if you shop at Home Depot, Lowe's or harbor freight the quality is all equal their hand tools are pretty decent just as good as anything you would find with those other stores power tools are kinda hit and miss I bought a angle drill that about broke the first time I used it and I got sawall it's still going strong ten years later. It's a good place to get consumable things like drill bits saw blades sandpaper the prices are very reasonable and they have some items that you won't find at the big box stores I usually find myself at a harbor freight at least once a week.

As a new mechanic (carpenter for 20+ years) I'm gaining new respect. I didn't use most of their stuff in home building but the warranty and quality are just what I needed to get my mechanic tool collection started.

They do have low prices on lots of tools for a wide variety of work. I understand they can do that with lower quality tools. However, if your use is light duty or one-time use, it is a good place to get stuff. Today, I got a $40 chainsaw to feld a tree in my yard. It got the job done with no problems, and I still have a working chainsaw. For someone else to do it, I was quoted $500. I got a much better deal.

Would love to give no stars if possible, we were ready to spend over $1,000 in the store right then and there but the gentleman with an eyebrow piercing was rude and disrespectful. We are new to town and we’re trying to get some help on where else we can buy the product they did not have in stock, he would not call the other stores for verification to hold the items for us to go pick up. And he blatantly started talking smack about my father and I while we were right in front of him. We dropped all product we had in our hands and walked out, there is no reason to be treated so unkindly. Very disappointing, your employee needs and attitude adjustment if you want to keep customers coming back..

It's Harbor Frieght. Good for a quick tool you may need once. They are starting to carry higher quality like ICON and Badlands, but it's a discount tool store, and that's good

As long as you have the app then make sure what you're looking for is supposed to be at the store. So far I haven't had issues with an item being on the app and not in the store. If at all possible I try and not spend more than an hour and get what came for unlike other tool stores that just can't measure up to most Harbor freight and there's a few because of the management and other workers I'll go out of my way to go where I can get what I want

Harbor freight is like a candy store for car guys. Perfectly adequate hand tools and Doo dads at a fraction of the price you'd be charged at a tool truck. What more can you ask for?

That is a good location, both geographically and in regards to the store. It's large, clean, week organized, and well started with knowledgeable, friendly people. I have been coming here every 2 to 3 weeks for the last 3 to 4 years.

When you need good tools for volunteer carpentry and repair projects on a budget, this is the place to come. I’m not saying its a religious experience, yet you and your wallet feel better when you walk out with the tools you need to serve others!

This was a nice store staff eager to assist you with what you're looking for. The only negative I can say is that it's location is not convenient to get to.
