Shanna was so easy to work with on a difficult project. We were out of state for the whole process from selection, to measure to install and it all went off without a hitch! Definitely will use Grisby’s again for our next flooring project!

Did shotty work, cut corners. On initial install they did not align the tile correctly and tried to leave it like that. After some arguing we made them come fix it. A few years after we found leaking in the walls because they did not waterproof it. They broke a bunch of codes and we brought it to them and they were very rude and refused to refund us or reinstall.

Sales stage and installation stage was outstanding. However, ordering and receiving the carpet was terribly slow. I was told 5-7 business days to get the material after I paid the deposit. We paid on March 1, heard nothing and had to follow up on March 12....did not receive a response until ten days later. Then, was told the carpet wouldn't be in until March 29! Customer should not have to keep following up to find out the status of their order. Carpet and installation was great.....but then I received a call asking how I was going to handle our outstanding balance with never having received an invoice. Communication with the customer definitely needs improvement!

Pete is an awesome salesman… very knowledgeable. Beginning with the first step into the store, he showed us the lvp flooring, explained in detail the differences, etc. when he came to measure, he was spot on, ordered exactly what we needed, pricing was exceptional…had the installer come by and make sure the bullnose would fit on our staircase, the installers were very professional and did a great job!!! Definitely, would highly recommend Grisby’s and the installers.

Excellent price and reliable service with "above and beyond" support and help from our salesman DJ Garza. He took care of us from start to finish. We will be using Grigsby's and DJ again in the future.
