Thought I needed a tire balancing. Service Center people checked the car and told me that I needed new struts on the front, new shocks on the rear and that my six month old Bridgestones needed to be completely replaced (all four) due to "cupping." Total estimate: $2200. I took the car to a local shop and they checked my tires. ONE needed balancing but I agreed to have all four balanced (Total cost $72.00.) No need for NEW TIRES, NEW SHOCKS or NEW STRUTS, all of which were inspected. Goodyear was attempting to rip me off. I am an 81 year old retiree. I'll never go to that store again.

I called this location twice to get quotes on brakes and both times Jeremy answered the phone. He is friendly, patient, and answered all my questions... Great customer service! You definitely don't get this everywhere.

This is very disappointing at the Goodyear Auto Service Center. First, I was explaining everything to the advisor when I said what was wrong with the rough idle like jumping to 1500 RPM, and my car's engine vibration sounded like rumbling or bouncing. He said he will send another tech to check on my car after I would have to pay $50 for the only diagnosis on a misfire, and vacuum leaks for 30 minutes. In 45 minutes later, the tech explained it to me that he said it was a throttle body needs clean, and also no misfire in everything. Also, I should listen to my intuition on his bullshit, instead of ignored it to believe in him. A few days later, I was calling on them, and it sounded like rudely nodding at me through the videophone. You know an interpreter between deaf on video. The interpreter informed me that Mike or the Tech sounded rude and nodded then hanged up when we didn't finish our conversation. I felt like the betrayed and just lose respect for him. I decided to take my car to the dealership service, and I told the advisor everything was wrong with my car, then I guess they were confused too. It was a pretty long story, and even I paid $179 for cleaning the throttle body twice times since they already replaced spark plugs and cleaned on the fuel system in February. When the tech asked if I see throttle light come on, then I told him no I didn't see it come on-- that was confused on us. Next day, it was still a rough idle jumped to 1500 RPM, after the engine light come on back, again. I was frustrated that I took it to the dealership service and I paid $156for engine light on and rough idle diagnosis in the three hours. They found out that only two cylinders misfires (#1 and #2), and the PCM need an update from them. Same as my father and one of my friends said it would be possible to spark plug or spark plug wires or ignition coils or stored in something like that PCM. I feel like they were telling the truth and I'm just getting with it. After I came to the different tech which I comforted him in the auto service I explained it to him. He agreed and checked their system. He informed it to me that other teach checked the throttle body instead of checking on misfires and vacuum leak. So he apologized it to me and he tried offered it to me. I rejected all of that because the tech made me poor money and I used to trust with them in my faith until this present I no longer trust them anymore. Take your vehicle to another auto service or Firestone or dealership service! I had a big mistake that poor choice I made, and I already learned my lesson from the advisor and my father. By the way, my parents called me DUMB-ASS because of this happened to my experience. My father was retired from his auto work, and he knew what I was talking about it. NOT RECOMMENDED! I PROMISED MYSELF TO NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.

NEVER get your oil changed here! I always change my oil myself but I was in a hurry and seeing as it takes an idiot to screw up an oil change I went to them. Assuming they could do their job, I didn't check my oil until I had driven 900 miles two days later. They had over filled it by lord knows how much. the seal to my coolant broke because of too much pressure and now my coolant system is filled with oil. When I tried to take it to another Goodyear in New Orleans they tried to charge me to fix it and told me that over filling the oil will not damage the car WHiCH IS A LIE! To think that everyone working at goodyears around the country don't know how an oil and coolant system is pathetic. And they have no email on their website to even complain directly to the company.

Went in on Sunday morning at 11:45am with no other vehicles being serviced and was told that I needed to make an appointment for Monday and they could not do a simple oil change and filter. Sign in front of store says "Now open on Sunday's". Should really say, we are milking the clock and really do not want to work! Lost my business!

Very friendly and fast service. Another shop, and the dealership, had told me I needed new tires immediately and when I showed to buy new tires here, they showed me that I didn't need them for quite a while longer. They even offered us pizza :)

First and last time customer. Went in for a scheduled oil change, I made an appointment two days prior. Arrived @ 10:30 and was greeted, staff was very nice. Was told 1-1 1/2 hr. Which seemed crazy, but whatever, I said ok, walked to Mimi's for coffee. @ 11:45 they called to say I needed my cabin filter replaced, so I said replace it, they said 20-30 more minutes. Really, to drop a filter in? Ok. When I got back, the car was done, I checked my glove box to find it fall out, finger prints all over it and the light not working. They fixed the attachment and said they didn't know why the light wasn't working, but I can take it to the dealership. Uh, no, you messed it up, you fix it. So, it was an easy fix, they had adjusted my lights, which turned off the light. Not a big deal. The fact they couldn't put things back the way the found them (which would have resolved ALL problems), left finger prints everywhere and took 3 hrs to do an "oil change" is COMPLETELY ABSURD. I had to ask the manager to wipe my car down bc the leather and glovebox was covered in fingerprints. Why I needed to bring this to his attention is beyond me. I finally was able to leave at 1:30, steam rolling from my ears. I mean, what oil change doesn't take 3 hrs and leave your interior worse than before. If you have a life....Make schedules....And expect things done correctly...the first time... without guidance from a auto layperson.... I recommend you try somewhere else.

I have been taking my truck here for regular oil changes for the last couple of years. Normally there are no problems. Today, I dropped my truck off for an oil change and a tire rotation. It was 12:30 when I handed them my key. I told them that I was on my lunch hour - and that I was going to run next door to grab a bite to eat before I headed back to work. Note: there were NO cars waiting to be serviced when I arrived. I came back from eating at 12:50. My truck wasn't even up on the lift yet. Other customers arrived during this time. Over the next 45 minutes, my truck was lifted and lowered at least twice. The service tech was in no hurry to do anything *(you can watch your service through the window). My truck was finally taken off the lift and parked at 1:45pm. An hour and 15 minutes to do a simple oil change and tire rotation! Also - one of the customers that arrived after I returned from eating was able to get 4 new tires put on his car, and left before they were done with my truck. I seriously doubt that I'll be back.
