I used to go to Goodwill to find books for my collection, They had books set up by category now by edict of some "genius "they're shelved Willy Nilly making it hard to find the types of books I'm looking for.

Book selection use to be amazing! Now its all so jumbled and not in order, you can't find anything and takes forever. You have dark romance books next to cooking books now. Ridiculous. Worst book organization ever.

I am very disappointed they told employees they can not organize their books anymore. They said they want more product on the floor. There is plenty of empty shelf space. I liked the library style. Even if they "don't have enough of said genre," as i see, they said for why they don't organize men/women clothes "not enough men donations." You can still sort novels from education, religion, & cook books. Ridiculous. Get their goods for free (pure profit), hike the prices on name brand items, & even have the audacity to ask for money for every transaction "train employees" like they couldn't use the money from pure profit items they sell, but can't allow for organization. There are no excuses as to why it can't be organized. I'm on strike & refuse to buy anymore until they organize it again. I shopped pretty regularly. Everyone in the book section was complaining about it as well. I know goodwill won't fix it. Corporate hardly ever listens to anything rather than making themselves a buck. Heck, it could be the district or in-house managers decision. I'm sure there was some dumb cost cutting measure to save money, leaving it unorganized while leaving customers inconvenienced, struggling to find what they need with ease.

This place is one of the best in town. They used to have a great book section divided into categories, unfortunately someone decided to turn it into the typical chaos section of a thrift store and removed all the categories. It’s a mess now. What a shame.

This is a huge, well stocked Goodwill with the absolute best book selection in the Tulsa or Bartlesville areas. highly recommend. They always have new books as well as huge selection of fiction, history, art, teen or YA, children’s, cookbooks, health, parenting, etc. if you’re a book lover this is the Goodwill for you.

This location is by far my favorite location in my region. The prices are still very competitive and low. The merchandise is great and you can find a lot of great name brands in the mix. The racks are always full. The staff are all friendly. The store is always very clean and as organized as possible with the amount of traffic it gets daily. I love getting time to go to this store!

Always enjoy and love me some thrift store time. Best thing in the world to find it previously owned and now loved by me. No other better feeling in the world than to know I found that vintage or retro item that brought me joy from my youth. Then to find stuff now as an adult I need still to enrich and better my life. The best Goodwill shopping in the whole USofA is Portland, Oregon. Holy Cow! The absolute best. Oklahoma needs some improvements on it's locations and most definitely if Oregon and California have stores like brand new department stores. Oklahoma can do it as well.

I went here a yesterday and at the beginning everything was going good me and my kids were having a nice time thrifting till we went to the toy/book area and my 3 year old son was playing with a toy car in the aisle and a employee that was working in the book aisle came up to me saying to get my kid cause people are passing by and she was rude about it and I was in shock cause there was not one person in the aisle passing by but I still said ok and told my son let's go to see the books she then proceeds to get her guy coworker named Scott to follow me and my 2 small kids to tell me the same thing she told me and that point I was feeling harassed cause we weren't doing anything wrong and I told Scott " I really don't understand why there's a problem if I already moved and there's no one in the book aisle with us" he then just stands there and walks away after. I did talk to the manager and I asked her if there was a policy about kids not being able to play in the aisle and she said no as long as there with there parent and my son was right by me when he was playing I tried getting the lady name that told me to get my son but she was already gone and the manager wasn't sure which lady it was.

The store was bright and welcoming with colorful, tasteful displays. I felt at home and enjoyed shopping there. The staff working there were friendly and did their job well. A new guy seemed out of place and didn't seem to like his job, but it was a nice place to shop. I was surprised how large it was. I would recommend this Goodwill.
