Your prices are ridiculous, and you get the stuff for free, and then you have the nerve to ask if we want to donate our receipt up to the next dollar, are you kidding me, NO. And have heard from ex employees that use to work there., say it is the worst place ever to work at. The owner should be ashamed of himself, and looked at . Other states are nothing like Tulsa stores.

this place is very unprofessional and rude and if I can give them zero Stars I would.I went to this location to file my taxes one of the representatives did my paperwork. but failed to inform me that I needed a 1095 after sending my paperwork to the IRS. When I called about the mistake I was accused of it being my fault that the 1095 wasn't filed. When I ask what do you mean I need a1095 instead of them explaining to me why that wasn't in the paperwork that doing preparation and asked to speak to a manager they hung up in my face. So I called back to the front desk to ask to speak to a manager the lady on the phone told me she was the manager. so I expressed my grievances for nothing to be done. ask for the corporate number and she gave me the number to the building where she work at. When you dealing with people taxes meaning the IRS this is not a time to be unprofessional when you shouldn't be unprofessional at any given time especially when people donate to a place like this that's supposed to be helping people. Since my complaint wasn't addressed , I will be filling a complaint with the BBB.

Went there Pre-Covid. I took the IT course and was helped to find a job. I worked with Kelsy Jones, Mr. William and a few others. It is a place of kind, caring people. While there, I met a few people who were homeless and had hit rock-bottom. They were able to get the help they needed: food, clothes, housing, and training. The place will not carry you, but show you how to take care of yourself. I recommend this place to anyone who need to get back on their feet.

Terrible company, I asked to come pick up a console I had bought and they told me they are unable to do pickups, but had no problem when I came to donate clothes? Neither did the hobo outside smoking the cig. It really shows how far goodwill will extort you for your money, including not caring if the employees exert rudimentary behavior

Rude front desk she apparently doesn’t like her job. Takes forever to check in at the front. Nobody knows what’s going on takes. Forever to get anything done.

I had a job interview here in July, worst experience ever as far as interviews go. I do not know this man's name but he was a really large, white, older male. I had very specific scheduling requirements due to my home situation....He spent the entire interview trying to make me change my availability. I explained that I couldn't and he still kept trying to force me to change it. I felt like I was being bullied and I'm a grown adult. When I refused to make the changes he wanted, He told me that this was a hot position so it wasn't likely I would get it. I don't understand why they called me....twice AND interviewed me if my availability didn't work for them. I drove 40 minutes to this interview and wasted a lot of time just to be insulted by some guy on a power trip. Goodwill used to be my favorite place, I have changed my mind because of this experience. There was one positive, the woman at the front desk, Tina I believe. Amazing customer service skills and professionalism. I actually thought she would be interviewing me and was horribly disappointed due to my assumption. I left this place feeling 2 inches tall and very uncomfortable.

Unfortunately the only thing I have is that this employer doesn't have any sense of what a minority individual can afford to this nonprofit organization. Their work academy has no sense of competency or professionalism.

Auction is terrible. Your employees go through every thing before the public has a chance to buy it. There is nothing good to bid on only toys in every bin. I've seen employees trucks full of "auction items". Very disgusted.
