Paid 50% down for window replacement on Nov 13, 2023. It is now March 4,2024. They came out one time a month ago and broke the wooden transom on my window while removing it and left it laying outside. Said it was too cold to work and would return the next day. Multiple emails, calls and texts since then with promises to return and and now not responding at all. Very disappointing. UPDATE: after posting review I did hear back and they came out and replaced window. I have upgraded review from 1 to 3 stars. Still average at best due to hassle of how long it took and lack of reliability to keep their appointments

We purchased our home in Bixby in November, 2023. Terms of the McGraw Realtors contract included eight windows to be replaced with clear-tempered insulating glass by Glass Doctor of Tulsa before closing. The replacement was prepaid as indicated on the closing documents. As of February 5, we have had three of the eight replaced, one of which was faulty installation. Glass Doctor has provided a litany of excuses for their failure all running from poor communication with the supplier; mishandled shipping; availability; ad infinitum, ad vir.

I can not say enough great things about this company! I called for an estimate and the owner, Mark, came to bid the job himself. He was professional, on time and just got the estimate back very quickly. A few weeks later to install the glass and was great having to work around my schedule. Mark along with a helper installed the new window pane, cleaned up and my window is as good as new. I am very impressed with how fast the install process was. I hope I never have a broken window again, but if I do I will be calling Mark at Glass Dr. to come and fix it! Thank you

This company is amazing! I'm a real estate agent and my sellers had a broken window and we were closing in 2 weeks. Glass Doctor came out the day after I called them to quote the replacement and then said they would order it and have it in 2 weeks and they did! They installed it the day after it arrived and we met our closing date! I called 3 other glass companies and they were weeks out on even sending someone out to quote. I appreciate Glass Doctor so much and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Getting ready for our 1st Grandsons baby shower, while mowing a big rock busted one of the glass doors. Called around and others wanted 1500.00 to replace glass. Called Glass Dr. and was the only one that could get it done in our time frame, just a couple days... and 1/3rd of the cost. Super professional. Thank you for everything. CALL GLASS DR. FIRST, you will not regret it. Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do, Glass Dr. will be my fist call. Semper Fi and God bless you.

They were very quick to respond after I damaged the glass on my patio door. They were able to source the glass within 24 hours when others said 7-10 business days. When they arrived, they were in and out within 30 minutes, and did not leave a mess. They were 15-20% more expensive than at least one other quote that I received, but my broken door was fixed in 24 hours instead of 2 weeks. I very highly recommend them for their value and expedience!

After rescheduling 3 times, the installer didn’t come out until after I called the office. When he did arrive, he didn’t have a drill and asked to borrow - I don’t have one. Didn’t finish the job, and said he’d be back to finish the next day. Never heard from him. As I’m typing this, he just texted me back after I sent “never heard from you today.”“I will be by tomorrow I have the other window ready but I am at another install rn.” - so, I’m supposed to wait around all day tomorrow as well?

Someone broke one of our office windows out and it turned out to be tempered glass. They sent one of their guys out immediately and he boarded our window and even cleaned up the broken glass outside that was in our driveway. It took a little longer to be replaced, but this was not ordinary window glass. Glass Doctor is perfect for any type of glass replacement.

So I am a hard man to burn, but they managed to bring my business to a crashing halt in under a minute. I run 5 restaurants here in Tulsa and had a break in overnight. Called these guys to see if they could help. The lady who answered the phone was rude from the get go, but I have a business to run so I let it slide. First, she say they can't get here until tomorrow....ok, short notice, I will deal with that. But then the lady is rude about me talking too fast giving her the address and proceeds to say "you know what?...." and hangs up on me! I called Robinson glass directly following and they are headed out today....unfathomable customer service so call Robinson for better service! Can't imagine how they got 4.5 stars previous, though I see they changed ownership....sometimes that destroys a business, and it's clear in this case!

My previous owner asked them to fix a broken window for my current house before Thanksgiving and already paid half of the job estimate. We moved in December. I have been keeping calling them to check the status after Christmas every week. I was always given the false hope that we will fix it soon. More than two months has passed since the previous owner placed the order. They never ever care to give me an update. (I corrected my rating after the new owner made it right).
