Went to the subway in gilcrease hills shopping center. Customer service needs more improvement the parking area it was great Subway restaurant need more staff to accommodate the traffic that they have coming in of customers

Horrible...but since this is a food desert you don't really have a choice. They're expensive at family dollar, the price is one thing on the shelf, and when you get to the register the prices are higher then what's posted AND THEY WILL NOT ADJUST. THEY REFUSE TO DO REFUNDS EXCHANGES ETC. THEY HAVE TO CALL THE REGIONAL MANAGER OR SOMEONE FOR APPROVAL. that using what the store policy says. Receipt of not. They're rude and disrespectful (some of the workers are). This place needs to be closed in my opinion. It's a huge disservice to the community, price gouging and bad customer service DO NOT GO HAND IN HAND. I've reached out to the attorney general, and dollar tree corporate office in regards to my dealing with this company. DO NOT BUY MILK FROM HERE YOU MIGHT DIE IT WILL SPOIL IN 2 DAYS. TRUE STORY
