Older man at the counter is friendly and a joker we really like him we are wanting to do some custom stuff to our bmw and this seems like the place. His younger mechanic caught a coold and we have been waiting for him his at the dock and we are waiting for a call back today to see if he feels up to it. I hope he's feeling better and can get a quote today but nice guys. Try em and if the price is high for you find somewhere else thanks ps we had a horrible experience with mobile mechanics charged 200$ cash didn't finishing wiring my port injection and when we called back the guy who answered was EXTREMELY NO MENTION OF ANOTHER FEE and the passenger was insulting me and you could so he was gripping a gun threatening me names wanted 25 just to got outa the car and wanted 100 more$ to attempt to fix it. I gotta go to another bmw shop and pay just to see if he wired some of it right so I can drive my car again.

Appt - had car 5 weeks, said it was fixed, drove home would not start. Outrageous charges, mislead at every conversation.

Only place we take our vehicles for repairs, now! I believe the owner can do everything & anything to repair our vehicles. Such a hard working, dedicated & knowledgeable mechanic!

I have used German Motor Shop to work on my Mercedes Benz(s) for many years, and have always received excellent service at very fair prices. Walter takes the time to explain everything in detail, and has saved me much money versus paying overpriced ripoff dealerships.

Hands down the WORST service I have ever experienced. I was recommended to this shop from a family member. I brought my Volkswagen In, and the owner seemed knowledgeable and straight forward. I had taken it into a shop with and after a diagnostic test, I had multi issues with my AC unit. AC fan fault, and a AC/Heating valve fault. He charged me a little over 1000 dollars, and all he did was replace the ac fan, and put freon in the system. I left the next day for Colorado, and noticed my main fan was still running hard. I took it into a local shop in Colorado, and every fault that my last diagnostic had was still showing when they ran their tests. I called the owner to see what we could do, he was very arrogant and extremely rude and in short said it isn't his problem and then proceeded to hang up on me. I'm a very reasonable and level headed person, and just wanted my car to be properly fixed. He's a crook and a dishonest human being. DON'T TAKE YOUR VOLKSWAGEN HERE!!!! Worst experience i have had with an auto shop to date, surprised he's still in business.
