“I stopped in because I blew a tire, my spare was flat, and needed to be safe getting home. I’ve used this place several times before but they went above and beyond for me today and I am forever grateful! They got me a new tire, and aired up my spare. Did you know they still pump your gas for you as well?! I didn’t get gas from them, but witnessed another customer filling their car up and I was in shock there was still such a thing! Everyone was kind and courteous and even right before closing they weren’t irritated at all that I was in a bind and desperately needed a new tire!”
“You save a lot at Sam's gas station but you have to purchase a membership there's two levels of that. Either one is great! It pays for itself over and over again!
The store sells everything in bulk. Check it out. You'll love it”

“Like others have said they have 91 octane, top tier with NO Ethanol. If only it was 93 octane but I digress. I had an issue with one of the pumps and the dude inside came out and helped and we talked cars for awhile. This is my new gas station. Been driving me nuts trying to find real, clean, fuel.”

“Great staff always polite and friendly. I visit this location quite often to where the staff recognizes me. If I haven't visited in a few days they ask me if everything is all right have I've been sick or on vacation. The manager has recommended various drinks and snack items and has been right so far on everything that I have tried. The store is big and clean and stocked usually well. The bathrooms are always well maintained.”

“This particular location has excellent leadership. The refrigerator with the creamer was down. The manager took time to make sure that I got the creamer that I needed for my coffee and didn't have to go to another QuikTrip. I appreciate the customer service. That's the difference between QuikTrip and other gas stations. It's about to people in leadership. Jon made the difference”
“I go here to get oil for my car. They have a premium oil, which helps me not have to change it as often. This last time, i got a different brand of oil (in the picture), but normally, I get Shaffers. They are always helpful and nice when I go in there. The first time I went in there, I didn't know the viscosity of my oil, and one of the guys working there helped me. I will continue to buy oil for my car and other vehicles from here. Might be a little bit more expensive, but it's worth it if you don't have to change the oil as often.”

“Getting gas was fairly fast not much waiting. I did enjoy the extra long gas hoses. It doesn't matter what side the gas cap is on. It will reach the other side if you drove up on the wrong side. The gas is cheaper here if you are a member”
“Perks of being a member, save 11 cents a gallon. Doesn't seem like much but when you go through 50 gallons a week it adds up. And the pumps are clean and have attendants.”

“***** Update***** The QT has Redeemeditself.The store manager Juan called me this morning and apologized for everything that happened to me. I couldn't ask for a nicer response than what I received from him.I give him a 5 Stars for Excelence in Customer Service.I also received a call from Tori in Division Corporate, who also was Excellent in 5 Star Service.IT'S BEEN A WEEK TODAY AND NO ONE FROM CORPORATE HAS RETURNED MY CALL. ?Stopped in heavy traffic at 61st. St. & Lewis around 3pm Friday. I look up at the QT sign and it says: 1.03 for premium gas. Obvious that it's a mistake since reguis 2.67I continue down Lewis to Walmart & Walgreens to shop.Come back an hour later, I look at the sign and on the north side says 1.03 gal. for premium and the south side says 2.03 gal. for premium. So I stop at the gas pump and it shows 3.03 gal.I go into the store and the the guy at the counter identifies himself ad the store manager Cage G. Very rude and defensive young man. I tell him about the price being wrong. I told him he still needed to sell me the gas at 1.03 gal. Otherwise that is clearly False Advertisement. He said No, the price is 3.03 and if didn't like it to leave. I asked for the number of the regional manager and was refused. He finally gave me the Customer Service number and I left Boiling made.I feel he should have Thanked me and at least given me a QT gift card to make up the difference in price. But know he gets me all upset sends my blood pressure thru the roof.I did call customer service and spoke with a very nice young lady, who calmed me down and took all the information. She assured me the real store manager and regional manager would call me .Still waiting for the call. Will update when hear back.Normally I get nothing but the best service from the great team that QT hires, but not today.I have been aloyal QT customer for over 60 years as a kid in Tulsa.”

Do t be one of those lousy piece of craps that come in and stuff a back pack full of stuff. If I catch u I will hurt u....bad. if not for quiktrip I would ha e starved to death years ago. I pay every time I have money. I never take more than what I ha e to eat to stay alive. I never take at night when just one qt person. Is working that's bad form not fair for that guy or gal. I do not tolerate anyone harassing or taking advantage of an employee. You do it and expect to run Into me somewhere dark when your alone. You may not survive it.”

“This 5 star review is strictly for the man who works mostly graveyards, I saw mention of the recent bad storm in another review, I too went in for gas/snacks during all of that chaos and completely agree with the other person's statements! How this guy is stuck on graveyard and not managing one or more of these stores Idk!! Give the guy a raise or promotion or something, a gold star at least ffs! Like beyond exemplary service, above and beyond in terms of patience and staying nice even when dealing with customers that are rude or have a bad attitude. (I don't have inside the store pic from that crazy night, but THIS FULL SIZE DUMPSTER WAS BLOWN ONTO AND BLOCKING WESTBOUND 244 RIGHT NEXT TO THE STORE IF THAT SPEAKS TO THE SHEER INSANITY OF THAT EVENING!)”
