I ordered online to pick up in store. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by an associate and browsed in person. For my actual pick up order, the associate had me in & out in less than 5 mins. Good customer service...no stalker associates; will return as needed in the future.

It was inside the mall. I haven't been in an actual mall in close to 10 years. Very clean. The staff was helpful. The clothes were organized and not in disarray. Good selection and picked up a few late Christmas presents..

My husband and I went to the Gap located in Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa, OK last Sunday 11/27/22 around 1pm, to return four pairs of jeans I'd ordered online. I provided my husband with all the information that was needed to complete the returns (email shipment/order confirmation). I was in the store browsing while he was at the front register. After several minutes, my husband came to me telling me that the man working the register told him that there was NO RECORD of the transactions despite providing the clothing (tags still attached) and the emails. My husband told me that the worker questioned if they were even purchased from Gap (again, TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS PROVIDED). I went up to the register and the worker rolled his eyes at me when I stated that he had all of the requisite information to complete the return. Miraculously, when ‘I’ showed him the exact same bar codes as my husband did, everything worked. No explanation for why. He did, however, ask me if I was POSITIVE these were purchased online and through Gap. There was no reason for him to assume they weren’t. All the jeans had tags attached and were in perfect condition. The worker did not apologize or act like it was a mistake. We are very distraught by what happened at Gap. I sincerely hope my husband wasn’t lied to by the worker and/or profiled. I’m not sure how else to explain it, considering everything worked once I approached, and again, no apologies and remorse. Unacceptable.
