I am giving one star because the associates will pressure you into buying what is essentially a scam. Ipurchased a PS5 as a Christmas gift in December and was pressured into buying the pro membership. I decided to buy it for the game informer subscription. What they do not tell you is it is for a digital subscription only. I was told I could go through Game Informer’s website to switch my subscription type, which I attempted. After emailing the company, I was told they no longer offered the print magazines as the subscription, but that I could purchase print copies.I was unable to even access my digital subscription and decided to simply get a refund on the membership. The company asked for my information, $ amount, Pro ID number, copy of receipt, etc. which I provided. I have been waiting for over a month now and when I follow up through the email, the only response I receive is that it will take 3-5 business days to process my request.

I hope you don’t have any GameStop gift cards. They supposedly never expire and I’ve been saving a few of them up and continuing to pay them cash for items. Finally decided to use them today and they told me they updated their system and so all gift cards weren’t valid anymore and there was nothing you could do with them now. I proceeded to leave the items, walk out and throw the cards into the trash and will not be returning to any GameStop in the future. Thanks for years of fun but we are done.

To busy for one employee. I've never been helped as soon as I walk in there's always a line of people. Don't plan on getting in and out in a timely manner. Unless you walk in and turn around and walk out . That's what I've done the last couple of times. It's ridiculous really.

My partner and I went here just for a casual get out of the house thing. I started getting into console and the girl at the counter I can’t remember her name for the life of me. Was so helpful. I wasn’t sure if this was her associate or her manager but, this associate was so unprofessional, the lady had pink hair. I think their system was down this day? And she interrupted the sales associate I was speaking to, and I just think that was awful. I wish I could make her better. I also got sick at this location. As of recently. I would suggest spraying everything down with disinfect if you can. But, I am a Customer. And I’m sure the manager knows how to run the place… if I ever see one that is.

Everytime STEPHAN is working, I'm always satisfied with the service. He gets the job done, explaining throughly. Answering all questions. Employee like this should be a manager. Needs a raise!

The Best Buy nearby was messy and disorganized, I'd gone in there for Sonic Origins Plus but nobody knew where it was despite the app saying copies were in stock. I walked over to GameStop though, and was surprised. The place was decked out for Sonic's birthday, trailers and speedruns for the Origins games playing on the TV with a bunch of Sonic merch on the table up front. Within less than 2 minutes, I had the game and was on my way as the chill guy who rang me up told me to have a good day.These employees seem to really enjoy their job, I don't like the way GameStop is run as a company, but this is a REALLY good location.

Went to sale Xbox one games and they only wanted to pay me 93c for 2 games. They are a rip off, no one buy their used games they buy for super cheap and sell for $30+If i could give 0 stars i would.
