Tech showed up on time and looked at the chair. I bought the chair from Wayfair, a discount internet seller. The frame is broken at the welds and can't be fixed. 3 months old. I did get my money back in full except for the assembly charge $80 and $45 to have the broken chair hauled. No bargain on this deal.

Wish I could rate zero. Wasted two months of my time trying to work with this company to get my couch fixed. Broken promises for appointments. Did not refund my money from initial assessment. When I questioned the office staff of yet another missed appointment, it was a vast Himalayas of resentment, speaking very aggressive and RUDE. Save yourself and call another company. This entire organization is nothing more than brute creation.

Came out to fix a recliner and a week later their fix came apart. The fasteners they used came out and were found on the floor. Luckily my dogs or toddler didn’t find them. I decided to fix it myself.

Made an appointment, was told they would call the day before to narrow down time frame. I work from home and am home all day, so I didn’t really care what time they came. Took my lunch and noticed they left a voicemail stating the tech skipped my house because I didn’t “confirm” the 3 hour time slot. Called and was pushed out to next week. Kristen was annoyed that I was annoyed and offered no apologies.

If I could give a negative 10 I would. DO NOT use this business. We have been ignored for 2 months after paying them $385 for parts and still nothing had been done. We keep calling and they never return our calls. Dishonest people. Stay Away.

If I could give a negative rating I would. DO NOT do business with these people. Paid them $385 up front 2.5 months ago and have yet to get anything repaired. Have called numerous times no one will return our calls. Keep getting the run around. Stay Away from these people.

Called back the number. Lady could NOT find my info after they called me first. I asked her why she called and she hung up on me. VERY RUDE. I would not use this company. I called the company that was sending them out and told them I did NOT want them coming to my house.

They don't show up on time when scheduled, but if you reschedule more than 3 times, these big babies refuse to come out to fix anything.

The pompous owner, after arguing with my wife about how her husband definitely knew more about what was wrong with our furniture than she did, lost our piece. This resulted in a very generous credit from the seller for not just the cost of the minor piece he was responsible for, but for the entire sectional. I highly recommend this company to cause retailers to completely replace furniture that is over two years old.

My wife and I recently moved back to Tulsa and the moving company cracked and split the main support boards in our sectional, and had broken both armrests from their mounts. The understanding and knowledge that Mr. Keeter and his team showed was phenomenal. They treated me like part of the family and showed me around the shop, informing me on how some of the restoration processes work and what kind of problems they commonly see.

Furniture Services took care of my sofa after my daughters dogs had been over. They made it look as good as new. This place is awesome if anything else ever breaks or needs cleaning I will definitely be calling them to do the work. Thank you Furniture Services you are amazing.

The only reason I gave one star is because I couldn’t leave zero. Had two pieces of furniture to fix the recliner lever. Two people came out to look, paid the $65 service fee only to have them say they didn’t have the part. It would have to be ordered. This was five weeks ago. Still had the receipt from the place we bought from, showed it to them and they took a picture on their phone. Called last week to check on status. Said they were waiting to hear back from Mathis Brothers. I went to the place we bought the furniture today and they had the two levers for $10 each and I did the repair myself. I WILL NOT EVER CALL furniture services again

Paid $65 for them to inspect chair. Paid another $360 for parts before they would order them. Six weeks later, parts were installed, but now they realize there is nowhere to plug in a motor that was ordered. No offer to refund money paid for motor not needed.

Great service and the owner is such a nice guy he took care of my furniture as fast as he could. Definitely recommending this store to my friends and family!
