Always have a great experience with furniture row. You won't be hounded by salesmen and their sales are second to none. Special shout-out to Dakota, I lost my cleaning products for my leather couch I bought a couple years ago. Replaced the cleaning product no questions asked. It's the little things that make or break an experience. That waiver of $30 is what keeps me coming back.

Everything was good for the sales portion, sales team was quick to answer questions as I already knew what I wanted when I arrived. The trouble started with the distribution center and the third party carrier they use to ship the furniture to you. The headboard was broken and when the bed was shipped out it was shipped with the wrong slats. I have been sleeping on a mattress on the ground for almost a month now. When I called to complain they said 7-10 business days. This was after I waited 2 weeks for the bed. It has now been a month I still don't have a bed to sleep in and now I am still waiting on the slats but the headboard won't be here till November. That's not 7-10 days. I should have read the reviews. Do yourself a favor and buy from someplace else.

Bad and rude delivery service, possible scam. Dropped more than a $1000 on new sofa. Was told they had delivery and discuss how that worked. We're told that they wouldn't move furniture but they bring it inside the house. When movers showed up, apparently they don't actually even bring it in the house. We could pay extra for that. Kind BS. Then while we were testing our powered sofa we were told they don't wait for that and took off without us signing paperwork. Won't buy from them again. From the story the delivery guy told me, this happens all the time. I wonder how many folks have been scammed by this. I'd rather have paid up front for delivery. Buyer beware!

First our new power reclining sofa was 2 months late, and then on the day it was supposed to be delivered-- they decided to just not show up. People have things to do. People plan their day around when they need to be home to get a big delivery like this. And then for the couch to not show up AT ALL after it was already 2 months late... Disappointed is an understatement. Art and the sales people were very friendly, but this company has some serious logistics issues. Just hoping our couch will still be worth all the money we paid for it.

I purchased a large leather sectional from this store on March 31st this year. I paid cash. With taxes and a delivery fee, the total price was over $3,000. It is the most expensive couch I have ever purchased. I was told it would be delivered within 3-4 weeks. I did not receive my delivery until May 6th. The delivery team arrived with only one piece of the sofa. When I called the store to ask why I didn't receive my entire order, I was told, "Part of your sofa was lost in the ocean." One would assume there would be some communication about the fact that I wasn't going to receive my entire purchase. I feel like someone dropped the ball there! Communicate to your customer and be honest about the situation! I was completely unaware that my sofa would be traveling here from another country. Those details were not shared with me upon purchasing. On May 29th the delivery team showed up with what was supposed to be the rest of my sectional. One of the recliners was black (my entire sofa is brown). One of the delivery men was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. He kept making comments about my feet and how "my husband should massage them for me." He was very flirtatious towards me in front of my own children. I informed the delivery men that I would not be accepting that piece, and they took it back. I called the store again and asked why they sent me a black recliner. The lady I spoke with could not justify and had no clue what happened. I had to wait an even longer period of time to receive the rest of my sofa. Finally, on June 16th the correct color sofa was delivered to me. The delivery team this time didn't bother to take the recliner out of the box and assemble the piece. They literally just set the box inside my front door and left, leaving us to put it together and discard of the trash. I have no clue what brand my sectional is and I seriously question if it is even genuine leather. The other recliner that was finally delivered has some sort of scratch on the top of the headrest. The store doesn't bother to make up for the added stress in purchasing and actually receiving, nor do they care about the fact that I had to wait a very long time to actually get the entire sectional. I will not be shopping here again.

Will NEVER order from here again! Went in for a bed for my daughter, and was told I would have the bed in 1-2 weeks so we placed the order. When I called to see what was going on with my order as the 2 weeks were almost up, they tell me they have it but it would not be delivered for another week. The response I got was they cannot guarantee when it is delivered! That is something that should have been told to me when I ordered now I have to wait 3 weeks for my daughter to have a bed, I would have gone else where if I knew it was going to take this long. Would not recommend this place unless you plan to wait longer for your furniture!

Salesmen were so very helpful and very attentive. Thank u Art my aunt is extremely excited for the arrival of her new chair.the gentleman in the mattress department definitely was very helpful.

I already spoke with a manager about my experience watching a supervisor belittle another employee, and causing a major delay in my transaction. It fell on deaf ears. Additionally, after spending over $9000 and being told a mirror was included with its matching dresser, they later charged me an extra $150+ so I will not be going back. Ridiculous treatment of a new employee in front of a customer, and petty management for not throwing in the attached mirror. Will not be returning, as previously planned.
