After our awesome experience with Denver Mattress in 2021, it was a no brainer to head to Furniture Row when we needed a new sofa and ottoman. We weren't disappointed. Diane was very attentive but not pushy and not hovering. She answered our questions clearly, explained their process and even answered a couple questions we hadn't thought to ask. When you spend a couple thousand dollars and have no buyer's remorse, that is rare and wonderful.

Marc Wagaman is kind and an experienced professional; not pushy. Can't say enough good things about him. The prices are very reasonable and the furniture quality appears to be quite good. Whoever their buyer is for sectional sofas has good taste and there was a better selection of them there than ANY of the other Tulsa area stores (checked them ALL). The selection was the main reason we were drawn to this store. We plan on more purchases from this company.
