Second year in a row I’ve come here to get flowers for my wife on her birthday. They knocked it out if the park both times and I feel like I got a ton of value. The staff was super friendly and easy to work with. Dropped these off at her work and made her day. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Tulsa.

We came here to get flowers for my sisters graduation , weren’t even greeted when we walked in , and the woman was very rude! Not to mention she asked what is our “budget” automatically assuming we could not afford the more nicer flowers. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND SEEMED RACIST

They seem to treat their white customers better, they got better customer service and a personal thank you walking out the door and I didn't receive anything. Even though my purchase was of the same value.

When I first walked in I thought I was met with a bunch of synthetic flowers, and I thought, “ack this is the wrong place!” However upon walking deeper within the small shop, I found the bouquets! (As seen with the photo attached). Service is friendly. And the packaging is nice, as you can take the glass vase with the flowers. The vase/bouquet is secured with a cardboard box and comes along with a cute card of your choosing?

Bad experience unfortunately :/First time I've ever bought flowers to be delivered. This place is literally down the street (on the same block) as the place I wanted flowers delivered to, a 3 minute drive. I ordered them at 12:30pm on 11/17/22 (a regular old Thursday) and told them that my GF leaves work at 6pm. I should have told them she leaves much sooner because they are waiting until the very end of the day to deliver them... That's on them. What isn't on them, but further contributes to the score, is that my GF had a sudden event come up near the end of her day that she needs to leave work for. Now I'm forced to either tell her to stay at work or ruin the surprise I had for her.I wrote this review at 4:45pm, the flowers were not delivered by then and I genuinely wish I just refunded them. It's just hard to not feel buyers remorse for this one. I wanted to have a nice surprise for her but I can't even tell her why I'm asking her repeatedly to stay at work for a bit longer and at this point I just feel d**** :(Not the feeling you want to have after buying flowers for your loved one...My suggestion would be instead of asking when is the latest you can deliver the flowers, ask when the customer would like the flowers to be delivered. If the customer says something way too soon, then work that out with them. You never know if the time you happen to go over to deliver is the time the person is on a break, you should work that out with the customer beforehand :/Like I said earlier, this flower shop is super close to my GFs business, if this delivery would have gone better I would use them all the time to deliver flowers!

The arrangement I ordered for a family memorial service was exactly what I asked for. All the flowers came to my home after. This was alive and still pretty. August 14 until today, August 22. It is the only one.

I have been using The Flower Shop Fontana for at least 5 years now and two or three times per year. They have never failed to exceed expectations. They deliver to my wife's dentist office and are always prompt and courteous. The flowers have always been fantastic. The only complaint might come from her co-workers who are always jealous of the wonderful delivery.
