I'm one of these Kansas folks and went to Tulsa Fiesta Mart 43 store and And those girls rock it's clean very friendly when you enter. Retha Helm Kim Egleston rock it. They are very professional and have excellent communication skills

Retha was very helpful to me this morning! She gave me a jump to help get my pickup started this morning. I just went in and asked for help and she was nice enough to help me. Nice neighbors to have!

Great employees!!! Kim the manager, is such a people person. I look forward to the daily visits. Place is clean and always well stocked. Nick and Alani are great, very friendly and always upbeat!!

Nick and James having them apart of my daily routine makes a huge difference. They are a bundle of joy. My kids and I will go out of our way just to go to this store bc they are so nice and happy. Having them apart of the company makes a huge difference. Thank youuu!

Avoid this location. The water pressure is horrible. Definitely a waste of money. Not worth a minimum of $1.50. Go to Champions Auto Spa in Jenks. It’s worth the drive.

Employee are horrible!! Very poor customer service every single time! The only employee that has good customer service is the young black man that works there. The older white woman and the old white man are RUDE AS HELL EVERY TIME!!!

I was excited to have a convenience store move close to me that had Premium No Ethanol gas. I stopped twice for gas and went inside to purchase something both times....BUT, yesterday I had trouble with the card reader at the pump. I went inside and the lady asked the guy if I could leave my card with them and return inside to complete the transaction. He NEVER responded, but just began shaking his head no. I asked if they could possibly help me with whatever I was doing wrong and again, he said nothing but continued to shake his head. The lady apologized, I actually felt bad for her, and handed my card back to me. I told them they had lost my business forever. He never spoke or turned toward me! The WORST customer service he could have possibly displayed! When I got outside the pump was ready to pump my gas. Whatever was wrong was now working but I canceled the transaction and went to where I always went before for Premium No Ethanol gas....we also were able to get the pop, snacks and cigarettes we would have purchased at this Fiesta Mart! The ONLY thing these types of stores have to offer to separate themselves from one another is CUSTOMER SERVICE. This employee failed miserably and I will NEVER return.
