I stop here at least twice or more times a week. The mens restroom and toilet look worse than an outhouse. Y'all need to clean that place or I'm calling the health department. There is a restaurant right next to the mens restroom and maggots are around the toilets with human feces splattered on the wall and all over the toilets. Nasty toilet paper all over the floors, in millions of flies. Then flies do not just stay in the bathroom, they go throughout the store and the restaurant landing on people's food and flying in people's faces after all them flies were in there in the toilet, it's flying and landing on the pool that's on the wall and on the toilets. This place is worse than going to a porta-john at some carnival. The same feces has been on that one wall and that one toilet I guarantee you for the last 2 weeks and no one is went in there and cleaned the bathroom.

I work in downtown Tulsa, and I live on the northwest side of Owasso. I was so happy when this Fiesta Mart went in because it meant I wouldn't have to drive all the way into Owasso to get gas on my way home from work. In the years since it opened, however, I have noticed it doesn't seem to be maintained like it should be. On multiple occasions I have pulled up to one of their gas pumps only to have it malfunction when trying to read my credit card. That happened again yesterday evening, and when I moved to another pump (there were not many cars there, even though it was rush hour), that pump read my card but only enabled the highest grade fuel button (I use 87 octane). I canceled that transaction and went inside the store to make certain my credit card would not be charged. When I mentioned the malfunctioning pumps to the employee at the counter, she just smiled weakly and said, "Yeah, they don't work sometimes."

Slowest fuel pumps around. Have spoke to management about that issue a few times with no improvement.

I don't know what happened to the store but it has gone down hill really bad after they made John manger ,, win the last two weeks when I'd go in to get a pop the kids never fit right and the area is ALWAYS nasty like no one want to clean up the lid and straw area ,,,oh and he FIRED Nick the.best employee they had he was always willing to help you out

Eric, Casey and Nick were amazing!! They made sure I was safe while waiting for a tow truck for 4 hrs. They were willing to buy me food and drinks. They also helped push my car to a pump and then away from the pump. Casey even tried jumping my car. I couldnt ask for amazing staff and the help that I received was amazing. They all made sure that I was going to be okay and cheered me up from a bad situation.Tha k you gentleman so much!! My gratitude towards you mean so much front he bottom of my heart.

I used to go here everyday but I will never again go here its always messy in the coffee section and where all the creamers are is dirty and always messy and they hardly ever refill the sugar or creamer or wanna remake coffee instead they put a cup over the coffee spout instead of brewing more coffee and the workers are always standing around talking or on there phones or have there back turned to you while your inserting your card waiting randomly talking about nothing and one day I got gas and the pump for some reason wasn't working so I pushed the button to speak to someone to see what was wrong and they where not even that busy and no one ever answered and so I went in and asked tthe lady while she was texting at the register why she didn't answer me and she gave me a dirty look and said because you need to hang up the pump well why didn't u just tell me that instead she kept letting me push the buttonJust laziness and the workers are rude
