If I could give ZERO stars for FedEx service/delivery.
Yes, I had a large and heavy order that came in 3 boxes. Yes, I live on the 3rd floor, so I was prepared to HELP the driver bring up my packages AND tip the driver handsomely for helping to deliver the packages.
They delivered a box to my direct neighbor, you'd think the LEAST they could do was knock on my door and ask if I could get someone to help bring up my packages. They had my phone number and they didn't even bother to call.
They DUMPED, YES!! **DUMPED** my packages at the front management office... Not even INSIDE the front office. They dumped it outside by the side door of the management office, didn't inform the office staff and just drove off!
TERRIBLE!!!!

LTL driver Tim Burkholder is a great driver and delivers exemplary customer service every time he stops by the warehouse I manage. He's a pleasure to work with and we look forward to seeing his truck pulling in.

FedEx is the absolute WORST company to have deliver your packages. I have live in my home now almost 2 years and EVERY SINGLE package that comes via FedEx is NEVER on time. I'll get a notification that it is out for delivery and it takes 2-3 days to receive my package. I run a business and rely on my delivery dates! Noone has EVER contacted me back on and of my complaints about this issue and I've never received any kind of apology or anything for the loss of money from having to give discounts or refunds for orders that are late. Do not use FedEx if at all possible!

I used to work here. I worked here for a little over a year, and out of the 3 jobs I’ve had in my life, this was the best one I ever had in my opinion. I really loved and enjoyed the people and the atmosphere while working here. I just wish I could have made it work out here.

FedEx you need to tell yr drivers when parking not to block another truck in have them park behind each other's or opposite sides of the driveway this was in front of Arnold's. However don't worry DOT was contacted im sure someone is not going to that stupid again and block everything

Terrible. Expected shipment today (sometime between 8-5 best they could give me). I get a call about 10am that it isn't happening today because my crate won't fit in their truck. I guess the dimensions provided are meaningless.Now I have to wait 4 days for them to get it on a different truck (sometime between 8-5).Receptionist of course couldn't care less.Totally screwed my deadline. I'll never hire them to ship anything for me again.

This was an easy to find facility and retrieve my shipment once I knew where to lookNot visible from the main road at all but completely clear once you get there and forklift driver and welcome area very friendly

Extremely rude customer care support individual that was on the phone. As I'm trying to coordinate delivery from my home to my business the individual was very rude very curt and very short. This individual's like her that give big names bad personas and names. I prefer USPS and/or UPS over FedEx cuz every single time I have issues with them with deliveries
