If I would have known how this FedEx Office store's employees so don't care, I wouldn't have wasted my efforts. They've got the minimalist work "attitude" going on here too. I was shipping in my own box with alcohol brand references, and they've said that it's against their policies?! Even though NO alcohol's being shipped? Makes little sense to me. I think that they just wanted to sell me a FedEx Office box. They're idiots here. One "ring nosed" employee I had asked for about in transit times didn't even know. Isn't that part of her job? It had taken me about 45 mins. to accomplish a self service package with little assistance. Either go to another store but don't waste your time and money here.

I thought it might have gotten better after a few months but it hasn't. nope.. I wish there were some other place to go for copies. I just hate going in there.

One of y’all’s drivers can’t ever get my address right . 5th or 6th time having go to someone else’s porch/door get my own package. This is the worst time of year for packages getting stolen of porches and mine can’t even get delivered to right place.

This place sucks very badly, would not give me my package because my DL had my old address, even though I had the drop off slip from fed ex and had been in the store two days ago where a gentlemen employee told me that when I come back with a larger car to get the pkg. all I needed was my dL with my name on it. This was bad information as he was there and would not back me up snd the lady was a total KAREN even though fed ex customer service said it was policy to give me my pkg with correct name on dL and they had already seen bills with my correct address. Will never use fed ex again!

Horrible service every time I try to use them. Employees act busy so they don't have to help you. When they finally do they always say my box can't be shipped. It is either an issue of it is not square or it is compromised. I have never had an issue at any other location but always this location. In fact one employee if he sees me will always help and he says it doesn't matter. It's the older blond lady and the older dark curly headed guy who have the issue. Won't be using this location anymore.

I have been using this location for about four months with one to two shipments a week. I use their boxes that you can purchase to ship due to the size of my material. Today was the first time that I was informed that I need to pay an extra $5 to completely fill my box. To add insult to injury, the box that I've always been charged $4 for is now apparently $8. The girl that I delt with had a very good condescending attitude and it was very easy to detect her sarcasm when she said she was "trying to make it easier for me". I will never use this location again and will use our UPS acct to ship from here on out.
