last night my husband and I entered this hotel, we had a booking and the son of mi husband is also an associate because his son is a manager at another marriot, another location... well, at the desk there was a lady who didn't even look at us, she was a racist and a really bad woman, she also stopped my husband's paper where it shows that his son is a manager... this older and racist woman gave me a very bad vibe and the hotel was 52$ including taxes and fees and she said 60, I kept my mouth shut because I really wanted to feel good, but thanks to the racist woman, she managed to ruin this very ok place... I would recommend that she be kicked out because this hotel will lose customers because of her. anyway, there are still people of the same opinion as me...

It's a nice place to stay if you're in Tulsa hanging out downtown in the Arts District or having an event at the BOK Center to go to. All within walking distance of here. Little expensive, but you only live once. :)

We had an excellent experience here. The location is in a quaint area and is within a minute or 2 of many popular restaurants. The room, gym, pool, and lobby areas were all very clean. Also, Traycie’s service at the check-in was wonderful. She was very kind and thoughtful. The staff was cheerful and warm. We will definitely return!

Location is great, but that’s all. Housekeeping was fine too, but those who are customer facing were trash. Front desk forgot they work in hospitality. Not once was an interaction with the front desk, friendly or professional. Zero hospitality in words, attitude or gestures. Upon arrival no hi how can I help you, instead straight to ID and credit card without the please. You’d think they were doing you a favor, but they forgot you’re a paying guest that it’s their job to be hospitable and welcoming towards. Not sure if this is a Marriott issue or just how the front desk manager runs this location, but I interacted with 4 different people and one girl talking on her phone. Thankfully when I went to Hyatt after checking out, I felt like I was home again and so glad to NOT be in the small rooms at Marriott with the, “I don’t smile crew” working in hospitality. This is an I DON’T care guest services at Marriott Fairfield Tulsa, and no they weren’t the under 30 gen Z types either. The on her phone girl was though.

One of the better hotels I have stayed at, while out on the road. Always clean, tidy, and friendly. Very secure. Location puts you within walking distance to all sorts of restaurants and bars, and the area is pretty laid back and quiet. Parking on premises is a plus, and the provided breakfast is nice, don't have to go out in the morning. Our go to for Tulsa overnights.

Great Location. We were missing several items from or room and called the help desk to bring the up (pillows/blankets) and we were told to come down stairs and get them. Not very good service

This is a nice hotel in the Arts district. Parking is available but so is street parking (enforced M-F 8-5) if you are only staying a night or on a weekend. Staff were all friendly. Heated pool. And very walkable to bars, lounges, parks, and restaurants.Rooms: My room was clean and staff were all very friendly.Nearby activities: Cigar lounge, brew pub, craft cocktail bar, and much more in proximityWalkability: There are parks, bars, and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.Food & drinks: Breakfast was standard. Plenty of places within walking distance.

The continental breakfast was awesome and the staff was so courteous and concerned also love the chocolate chip cookies that they have prepared for us every day, we would definitely be going back again continue to go to work and thank you

We were charged $60 to take a taxi to the airport. It seemed really high for a 10min drive. When we called the front desk to ask them what the cost typically was for a cab (we thought we were being scammed!) only then did they let us know that cabs are significantly more expensive than Ubers (which would have been $12 in comparison).Would expect that front desk would be more communicative and could have let us know our options since they know the city better than their guests. Major waste of money, the cab ads fees per person and per luggage, would have been really helpful information to know in advance.
