Not consistent in what they will take, people choose who they want to help and pawn and send others away Some have the customer service others do not care , have been a customer here for yrsand now the place is going downhill

Went in looking for battery powered tools , nobody acknowledged me or offered to help in any way . I waited for at least 15 minutes they only helped people who were getting in line to pawn something totally ignored me who actually wanted to buy the stuff for sale. When I realized that they were now helping people in line who’d arrived after I was there waiting I gave up and left . Sad and stupid way to do business.

I was starting a new job and I need some Grinders and some other things and so I went there and it was hard to get some help and a Gentleman said that he'd be with me in just a minute but he never came back to me. When he finished with the customer he had he was just talking to the other employees and never came over to me so I just said screw this and I left. As I was sitting in my van looking for another pawn shop I saw him and another employee just standing outside the door with the door opening smoking cigarettes. So I thought to myself well hell yeah that's a lot more important than taking care of business.( sarcasm )
I ended up going down to the pawn shop at Peoria and 48th street. It's been about $150 on some really great stuff and planning on going back for more.

I called to see when the item I pawned needed to be picked up and how much I owed; I lost my paper that had all the information. She asked for my loan number, I told her I lost the paper. Could she look it up with my name and she hung up on me.
