If you are looking for a place you can trust.....this is it!!! I am at probably the lowest point in my life. I went in for a loan on jewelry and Joe and Austin treated me with such compassion! I was a crying hot mess! They gave me words of encouragement and let me know that since I was a previous customer in Dallas that I had good credit with them...... y'all....the tears turned into hope!
I know a lot of pawn shops get a bad rap but if you want someone you can trust....go see them!

Can't even ask an employee to look at the stuff behind the counter because there to busy at the register you either need more employees or one focused at the register and the other focused on assisting customers.

Stood in line for over 30 minutes to buy something that was discount marked to 12 dollars but when I got to the register it somehow went from 12 dollars up to 48 cuz someone mismarked it. If I can walk into Walmart and grab something off a shelf that was misplaced and prove that is where I got it and the price is honored but here now it's all just to make a buck. I feel sorry for the other people in line behind me that was waiting just as long
