I came to Chris after having a less than desirable experience elsewhere. Chris did an incredible job! He helped me finish removing a wrap from the previous owner (and all the glue in the cracks and crevices), polished the car, new PPF, and ceramic coated it. Incredible work! A reminder, you get what you pay for. I highly recommend you visit Chris for your wrap, PPF, and ceramic needs.

Very pleased with the stealth wrap Chris did on our GLE. I will be scheduling my Ram truck and UTV in the near future.

First off, I want to say that I have been in contact with Chris about the issue that I am about to lay out here. My issue though is that I don't think I should have to spend a dime to get what needs fixed, fixed.7 or so months ago....I had my car wrapped in Satin Roaring Thunder by Avery Dennison. Underneath on the back fenders and part of my door is another vinyl underneath to give an "embossed" look to the vinyl which looks great. When I went in to check the first time and see how things were going with it the back fender did not have the vinyl I wanted placed underneath like we had previously discussed. So Chris had to remove that (which is a large chunk of vinyl) and he fixed it the way we had discussed.Fast forward a few days and the car was ready, I had PPF placed on the front bumper and partially over the hood as well to protect the vinyl. I drive it home getting all the looks and park it for the night. The next day I go out to take pictures of it and I notice in the photos the drivers door does not match the flow from the back fender to the front fender. (See pics I have attached.) So, naturally I go see Chris to see if he sees it as well and he said that is the nature of colorshifting wraps and Avery Dennison is not a directional vinyl. I am kind of confused at that point because I had seen other cars wrapped in the same vinyl including on a Mustang like mine and it did not look like this. I tried to forget about it and not let it bother me but everytime I took another picture it just kept sticking out. I started looking online for advice from the Carwraps subreddit and posted a picture and asked if Avery Dennison was directional. Everyone said yes it is directional and for me to take the car back to where it had been wrapped to get the door fixed. I also checked Avery's website and it says on there that the wrap is directional.4 months ago....I had some of the vinyl left and cut a small square of it to put over the fender and the door to take pictures of the different way it looks everytime I turned the vinyl. And turning it 180 degrees the back fender matched with it. I sent those to Chris and he said I could come by the shop but it would be $450. Now I understand at this point labor is indeed involved but not quite sure on why I would have to pay to have it fixed. I didn't feel like paying so I just thought I could live with it again.Today....First and foremost Chris has been super responsive on texts. I had messaged him about it to get his thoughts on what I had found about people saying it was not right. And he still stated that I wouldn't have to pay the full amount for labor but some form of cost would still be involved. Of course I am still in the camp of it wasn't right when it left the shop, so I shoud not be on the hook for any extra payment. He offered to have me come by the shop next week but will it just be more of the same?

I have reached out to multiple Xpel installers in my area via email to get estimates for PPF and possible tint for my new vehicle. Chris does not like this apparently. Everyone has been pretty kind and respectful until now, it’s all in the communication. I am guilty of expecting perfection, but I believe that is all in this case. Basically Chris told me “I’ve been emailed by other shops In town about you trying to find the cheapest price”. The photos got a bit jumbled but I just feel this was highly unprofessional and sadly implicated his fellow XPel installers.(Photos got jumbled. But worth the read.)

I first contacted this business (Chris) to inquire tinting the windshield. Now prior to this I went to another business who messed it up 7 times, so I was glad to find someone who does it right the first time. Additionally, at the last tint job they had damaged my windshield and refused to pay for it. I had Chris take a look, and instead of taking me for a ride, he encouraged me to inquire about an insurance claim. Boom! Perfect advice the windshield was replaced, based on the warranty. Not sure about anyone else, but that’s who I would choose to do business with all my vehicles. Not to mention he admitted to me that he did my windshield twice because he could see a mark no one else could see. He did not have to tell me that, and he didn’t have to redo it, he could have not mentioned it at all. Standup owner, I refuse to do business with anyone else, no offense to the other guys, but everyone wants EXECUTIVE treatment.

Not only did a TERRIBLE job on my interior done. Have plenty of pictures of the work—wasn’t satisfied at all for what I had paid— But also makes racist comments on Facebook & in person that just bothered me so bad that I remembered I supported his business. Terrible work, terrible person.

If you need it done right, this is the place! The service, care and knowledge go a long way when you have your “baby” in to be personalized!!! Nothing is off limits when it comes to Chris and his crew.

Great Job with Xpel Paint Protection film on my Tesla Plaid. Quick turn around and quoted it on the spot and had me out the door in a few days. Have recommended to many colleges and fellow car enthusiasts that demand the best level of work! All of us haven’t been disappointed .

My best friend was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks and many of us noticed a cruel comment on her Instagram page and let her know while she was in the hospital. She has had such a hard time with potassium levels and some serious health issues, and Chris Williams has continued to bully her and her family for no apparent reason. From what I have heard he is a real sleazeball, horrible father and I have heard that he does not do the best work on cars because we have a friend that had a car turned in their and came back with dents on it. He owns many cars and he gave them a huge chance to explain, but Chris of course said he did nothing and that the dent was already there. These people are amazing people and I’ve known them forever, when you have dents on a Lamborghini I think you would know when you turn the car in and again these people I trust so much with my own children and family. Chris is not a good person and I do not recommend bringing your car there, he’s childish and he’s not professional. I have heard that he would drive multiple cars home to his house that were not his and they were the customers vehicles so trashy and I doubt the customers New from what other customers have said they heard the same thing and these customers did not authorize their vehicle to leave the lot.

Executive auto wraps is the worst company you could support town. While I was in the hospital the owner must have stopped me and then made up a lie saying that I was in Laureate Tulsa when I was in the hospital for 12 days for low potassium levels. The owner lives in my neighborhood and constantly bothers my family and acts like he is something so cool. Yet his exes reached out to me and let me know that he is very abusive and does not take care of his children and not to listen to the cruel things he says. I was ambulances to the hospital with a worrisome mother and husband and Chris thought it would be funny to make up a lie because that’s what he does. It was the worst 12 days of my life, but great people came to see me. He has harassed us and bothered us on a nightly basis with his girlfriend. I don’t understand why because there’s nothing that we do to converse with this man or his girlfriend even though they live in our neighborhood. They live two doors down. I would hate to support this company after knowing what I know and then him making such a horrible remark and for many to see. Even if I was in Laureate that is not something that you joke about, but he thought he could just make up a lie and make fun of me if I was. I was in Saint Francis and thank you so many who reached out to me about this comment from executive auto wrap and how his company is poorly ran because of him

Working with Executive Auto Detailing was an excellent experience and the final product was amazing. Could not be happier with how everything turned out.
