In the beginning was not good...... They rented me a vehicle that was more than my insurance would pay so I have to pay the extra...... They did not even tell me that they just threw the paper in front of me to sign. It is okay... I really like the vehicle.... It's had a few issues....... They were fixed immediately....... It is even time for me to pay the rest....... I did today, with my check. The lady up front, is the one who threw the paper in front of me to sign and I'm sorry I don't know her name..... But no one in that room ever said it was more than $30 a day.I, would not have taken it..As I had said, I could have used my daughter-in-law's vehicle......That is very bad business!You guys did that to me when I was in a hurry to get to work.Since then, every conversation I had with anybody in there has been very sweet.Just a couple days ago, a young gentleman, answer the phone and the display and radio were working.. he had me bring it in. I did. He fixed it. Then I told him, that the lady had told me how to set radio stations... He started to change them..... I said no don't I love The groovy FM, that somebody else has on their favorites... So he left it.I am happy, to pay for this rental, I love the car... If I had the money I would buy one. And I love groovy FM. That is my kind of music. From my era.

My husband uses them a lot. Always nice and friendly and have his vehicle waiting when he arrives. Check-in and returns are always fast.

Warning if your wallet falls in between the seats and you return the car. They will steal it and lie stating they don't have it. There was cash in it so of course they took it but just warning

Very friendly staff, Lauren helped me she was amazing. There were plenty of cars to pick from and they were very clean. Very satisfying experience!

Horrible overall experience. I was in need of rental car due to my car being in the shop. They tried giving me van. I was not notified of this change and have a Nissan Sentra at Gerber Collision currently. The lady was trying to get me to buy the auto insurance vehicle for $17. I understand it's her job but came off really rude and condescending. Go to Hertz they have more options available. Don't waste your time there going to make you wait 1 week due to not having any cars available. I have been using Uber for Transportation due to not having a car from Enterprise that I had to wait 1 week for and not getting due to it being a Van which I don't feel comfortable driving since I have a car. This happened on 10/25/2022 at 4:30pm at this location 10104 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74146.

Very unprofessional demeanor over the phone. Manager at this location was unwilling to listen or hear me. Not recommending this company. I have attempted for two months to reach your company and had gotten a call back finally from your corporate office. The manager at this location says she has no record of that call. She refused to assist me and would not listen.

I called 3 times to confirm my reservation and to change the pick up times. I arrived there and the lady working said she tried to call me a few times. I was involved with other business and didn't answer. There were no cars to rent. I asked why I was told there was a car for me three different times when there were no cars to rent due to an event taking place.

They gave me an unsafe vehicle and told me it was the only one they had till the end of the week and that they would switch out with me at the end of the week and then never did contact me about switching out. I missed several business meetings because I did not want to travel in an unsafe vehicle. When I finally contacted them at the beginning of the following week I was told by the manager it was all my fault because I should’ve called her back on Friday!!? Worst rental car experience of my life! I’m 2 1/2 weeks into it and I’m still in a horrible vehicle. By the way, I made my reservations three months in advance for a luxury or SUV vehicle. I’m driving a matchbox Mitsubishi Mirage compact! I’ve spent a couple of hours on the phone trying to get a hold of corporate to make a complaint, finally did make several complaints and still have not heard back from corporate. It’s been a week since my complaint. Terrible company all the way up management! Managers and corporate! I will never rent from enterprise ever again, especially this location!!??

Update:Julian made things right and helped me out. Thank You.Good reviews until now I come before 5:30 and you guys are closed and you can’t stay open later for working people making it an inconvenience for me when my mechanic is next door to your shop when I need to get a rental car so they work on my car. Thanks for nothing I’m so done with enterprise for good.

11 years of rental from them. the phone service I received today from the 51st location. I'm in shock...im sorry I was such an inconvenience to help today. obviously you must have had royalty in the office today. 225 for 3 days for the economy care. wow. this before another 90 for the insurance. this location in the past took amazing care on my family before leaving for the holidays. not sure what has happened. I felt like I was a bother today to have a conversation with.

Honestly, if I could give this location a negative 0 star, I WOULD! Seems like no one knew what to do to help get me taken care of (as if it was the first time they have ever done their job) and I SWEAR one of the cars they put me in is needing a tune up! (also had a chip in the window shield). Called a few times about this cars performance and nothing was done. Also, had a hard time getting my deposit back because the employees acted as if they just couldn’t figure out how to close the bill for state farm to pay! Ridiculous. Left football pads in the car didn’t get one call telling me they had them and to pick them up. I finally realized myself! Maybe some better training and more employees to help stay on top of issues and concerns from us costumers?
