I was a little disappointed that they wouldn't help me locate a rental at one of their other locations since there weren't any availabilities here. Then, when the lady and her 2 adult kids exited the business, the enterprise employees engaged each other in a conversation about the last client, how she was a lot. I took this as very inprofesional. Especially since the comments were made in front of me as a customer. The lady customer did go through a wide range of behaviors while I was there. Nothing inappropriate, though. They have nice vehicles and this location is great. But I was told if I called the main enterprise number and they booked a vehicle. I may show up, and no vehicle would be available. Because they don't have access to the current lot listing. The store is clean and simple. The workers were polite to me even though I didn't receive the assistance I needed. In the past, I have booked vehicles at this location and received much different (better)help. Seemed like they'd rather do nothing, which is what happened while I was loaned a paper with numbers to call all their stores and look for n available vehicle. If you're expecting help at this location other than picking up a previously booked vehicle. You may want to just do it from the comfort of home

The staff here at this location are great. They have nice telephone skills and in office. I called several other locations around tulsa and they were downright rude over the phone. Especially the one on 11th street.This will be the only enterprise I will ever go to again. Thank you all!

There’s no way for me to give a customer review or a survey for one of their workers. She was so awesome Ms Willis that girl knows her stuff and along with her team, I was in a crunch an a bind this location help me out so well. I cried when I left the lot in a nice charger. They deserve all stars and I’m definitely looking forward to becoming a loyalty member. See you all soon thank you enterprise????????

This is not the first time I have rented from them and not the first time I have had this problem. I can understand a one time issue but not repetitive ones. My complaint is more with the reservation procedure. When a person calls a particular place they want to rent from they don't go to that location. Instead they go to an outcall center that makes reservations. They are not even local so they only know what is in their computer and whatever the general rules are.So I have more than once reserved a vehicle and requested a pick up. Most people renting don't have transportation that is why they are renting. The reservationist said yes they could do that and told me someone would be picking me up at a given time. I requested that they give me a text or call when they left so I would know and be ready. When they were supposed to be here no one was. I called the location and they told me they had the reservation but there was nothing there about a ride. Furthermore she told me I was not in their area to give a ride to, even though I was only 5 miles away. But that didn't matter because they had no one there to pick up anyone.So now there is no way to get there, and I really don't have anyone to get me there tomorrow either, but they will not come get me anyway. I think it is ridiculous that they tell you that they WILL come pick you up and then they just slough you off. This has occurred multiple times. I will not return ever,

If I could leve no stars I would they told me that they would have a car ready and I double checked and asked they man if he was sure ..Because called one of the other company's earlier and they told me it would be ready and was not.... it made us mad we got ready had everything ready but we got their and they said no we have nothing available that's ridiculous they told me that the truck was reserved for us and ready do not use this place bad service

I've rented from enterprise for several years and have never been disappointed by their customer service. This time around I learned how important it is to have the vehicle turned in on time! My rental was due at noon and I was running behind waiting for a family member to follow me to drop it off and I arrived at least a good 6 or 7 minutes after and they were closed. There is no drop box and I immediately called customer service who informed me there was no where else I can take the car to drop off. I ended up being stuck with the vehicle for the entire weekend and more charges. I rented the car for my college graduation Friday May 12th and now what was supposed to be a celebratory weekend has turned into a nightmare. I will lose my deposit on which I was relying on to pay for my testing fee to become licensed as an RN. I love renting from Enterprise and will use them again if I have to, I'm writing this review for anyone who has never rented and considering please make sure you turn your vehicle in on time you'll save yourself alot of money!

So my insurance rented a car from these people for me while repairs were being done on my car. The rental was brought out to us at the repair shop. The person signing the car to us did a walk around with us. I had mentioned to her about the scratch on the passenger side of the rental. She stated "oh its OK it's coming off when I wipe it with my finger and nail.". The car was given to us dirty it needed a wash. Fast forward one week later with is today time to return the rental. The repair shop told me I could either drop the rental with them or drop it with enterprise. Enterprise said the same and that they would give us a ride back to the shop. Luckily I chose to head to enterprise first. One of the staff greeted me asked for the key and said he was going to do a final walk around the rental. I followed him out to the rental. After walking around he looked at me with disbelief and said there is a huge scratch along the whole passenger side of the rental. I have explained to him how the rental was delivered to us and how we have questioned the delivery person that day about the scratch. He went inside and got that very same woman who delivered the rental outside to look at the scratch. She started off by answering that she never recalled seeing the scratch. I was so upset. I then started to remind her of how she delivered the rental and us having that conversation about the scratch. After a few minutes she then said oh yeah I do remember seeing this but I just didn't mark it down. Then the person that is doing the check now says oh you're good now pointing to me. The lesson here is had I just dropped off the rental with the repair shop I would have ended up with a repair or damaged bill from enterprise. I had even washed the rental because I didn't like how dirty the rental was when I got it I will alway do I first and final walk with video from here on out. I felt so helpless at that time.
