I was told misinformation from the guy at the desk. He knew exactly what the extra charges were and could have assisted me better. I usually get unlimited miles, and never have a drop fee! Thought i was paying a certain price but ended up paying more and it was very inconvenient. It was probably just this branch, and seeing from other reviews it makes sense. Avis does a better job! Do better!

I fly into Tulsa on a frequent basis and this is my go to location! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to help and ensure my rental experience is pleasant. I typically work with Kayla who is awesome! The service she provides goes above and beyond what one would expect and she is part of the reason I've decided to solely book with this location. Looking forward to my next rental experience!

Katie is always amazing! Our company has a corporate account with Enterprise and she has been great to deal with on our constant rental rewrites. She is on top of it and gives fantastic customer service. I am sure she will be promoted and move on to a new location before long :)

Worst experience of my life, DO NOT GO HERE. They didn't stay for me despite my confirmation time, they didn't have a car despite my confirmation, and they didn't refund me.My flight landed at 11, and they weren't there. Apparently, they close early. The person booking me didn't attach my flight information, which was their excuse for leaving early. The other rental places, plural, say it happens all the time. I called the emergency line, and the lady hung up on me once I finally got to one when I said, "So what am I supposed to do?" She responded, "I don't know". I called the next day; they rebooked me. I went in, and they had no cars. The guy gave me the nastiest response and said it was my fault for not being there on time the previous night and, "We had one last night, but now we don't. You should've been here." So despite me having a confirmation number and a booking they still denied me a car. I ended up going to Budget Rental, which was a godsend and lifesaver because I was there for court. I'm giving them a good review next. I called the service to try and get money back for the hotel. Went round and round in circles, them saying I didn't have any confirmation, giving them the two confirmation numbers, and being told to call another line or transferred. They will not refund you if they mess up, and cost you hundreds of dollars. I think the manager should be fired. Unfortunately, I'll have to use this service again; it's the only one my court system will operate. But believe me, I've told them this story and am working on getting that switched. The state of Oklahoma does not need to give this company anymore of its business if it's going to treat people like this.Enterprise, don't ask me to discuss this further because I've already tried. That's a fake response to look like you care about the customer, and we all know it. Unless you're actually going to do something and refund my $300, don't respond to this.

Great vehicle. Quick check out and even quicker check in. Very friendly at the airport location. No hidden fees. I will be using them for future rentals.

Had what I needed when I needed it , my Service advisor was great explained everything like they should. Was underway in under 20 min. Love the fact you can use a debit card some people do not use credit cards.

Really enjoyed the Dodge Charger. I may request that car in the future. The car was clean and performed well. The check in was easy and specifically the check out attendant "Mayor" was curtious, friendly and nice.

Had a appointment to put my truck in the shop for body work due to a hail storm 2 months prior. My insurance company set my appointment with enterprise, which I have used in the past. This morning I contacted enterprise to confirm my reservation and the lady from from the Shawnee Oklahoma location left a voice mail on my phone this evening said he didn't have any cars rite now and he'll contact me when he does. This appointment was set up over 2 months with them, and he called me and left a message at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. My truck is going in the shop, it's taking me 2 months to get it in. They better come up with a car Monday morning.

We rented a sports car from Enterprise. Kaydn Reese was our agent who helped us. He was fantastic and made sure we got the car of our dreams for our route 66 adventure. He made it easy to pick up and was a friendly face again at drop off!

I rented from the airport because it was easiest to park my car there rather than to rely on someone else or Enterprise to pick me up. Additionally, they have a wider selection to choose from. I live in Bartlesville, so I had slim pickings.

Reserved a vehicle online with my debit card. Showed up in person to pay and pick up the vehicle, only to be told I must use a credit card to pay. Was never told this before showing up in person. I don't have a credit card so I was refused service even though I had a pre-booked reservation. Was left stranded by Enterprise with no solution presented and no vehicle. Won't be back.

Reserved online with debit card. Showed up in person and was told cannot rent car with debit. Must be a credit. Don't have a credit card so they left me stranded with no ride or options even though I pre-booked with a debit.

Katie was very rude. I had a luxury reservation I booked a week ago and they had no vehicles at all. She said there is nothing they can do. What good is a reservation if it doesn't reserve anything? Stopped back the next day. Now they have cars, half the lot is full but she isn't allowed to rent those out. I over hear another customer renting and she got listed like 7 cars available. Worst experience ever. Will not be flying into Tulsa again
