If I could give more than five stars I would. Drexel paint and body exceeded my expectations. Mark the manager even helped me save $75 when the car rental company wanted to charge me for "excessive dirt on the floor mat". Mark and Kevin did a fantastic job and treated us excellent. Becky in the office is a wonderful person that helped get my rental when the rental company was suppose to be helping. They go the extra mile. Just all around excellent customer service I am very satisfied with my car. They even fixed the recall when I didn't think it was possible due to it being a big recall. Of course I hope I won't need them again... But if I do ... There's no question where I will go. And my car was washed outside and inside detailed. Very highly recommend them

I was referred to Drexel by Midtown Kia when I whacked my bumper on a curb pulling out of a driveway. They not only assisted me promptly and courteously, but once they "pushed" my bumper back into place they didn't even charge me! They could have easily scammed me and said that new clips were needed or even an entirely new bumper, but they were honest and helpful. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do there is no doubt that is where I am taking my vehicle.

I was referred to Drexel Paint & Body after being involved in a rear-end collision. Luckily I was able to still drive my vehicle while waiting on the parts to arrive. I was told it would take two weeks to get my car back, but unexpectedly it only took one week! Not only did they do a fantastic job on getting the car looking brand new again (can't tell I was hit from behind) they cleaned it up both inside and out. Very professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend!

This body shop is the REAL DEAL! Like all businesses today, they struggle to keep up with the shortage of repair parts and quality technicians but somehow, they make it happen. Mark and Becky were a delight to deal with and transparent with the details of my repair. I am so glad to have found a body shop that still believes in quality work as well as great customer communication. Kudos!

Drexel is the only body shop I go to. Mark Hernandez takes care of his customers! I have anew Highlander someone hit in a parking lot and these guys did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for any repairs you may need. They have fixed four of our cars and it’s the only place I will trust!
