David and his staff are top shelf. Anything and everything in this store that you need. Been reloading for over 50 years and have never seen a store even close to this. Let me add that I'm short and display cases are tall. David came over and pulled a step out and I was able to stand on it and get a better view. If that isn't customer service, I don't know what is. In the future, I will buy everything from them. Thrilled that I found this place !

Layaways great employees always fun to have a conversation with you really have a pretty good stock of everything. If not, they can typically get it in.

An excellent selection of guns & one of the best supplies of hard to find ammo in Tulsa. That said, prices are high compared to others. The staff at big gun stores are not a friendly chatty group, however Dong's is the worst. This staff is rude & arrogant, service is awful to non-existent. If taking a gun in to sell/trade you need to know the value (Blue Book of Gun Values) of your firearm so you can negotiate a fair WHOLESALE price. Otherwise they will give you a small percentage of it's value. I have witnessed them doing this to widows/children selling their deceased husbands/father's guns.
If you wonder like I did why they get a 3.6 rating on google, just look at the Yelp reviews. Approximately 80-90% of the “Like”s are for the negative reviews. That should tell you everything you need to know.

Been in at least a dozen times over as many years. Usually just an ancillary sale preceded by novice questions. Always had my questions answered in detail in a respectful manner. I always look forward to going back.

Bought a gun and it was fairly priced and in great condition. Didn’t really appreciate the micro aggressions due to me being “black”.
Couple of good men in there but a couple of them are FOR SURE racist. If they got rid of the bad apples this would be (in my opinion) the best gun store. Hope you guys weed out the weak.

Most the staff are some of the chillest and most patient gun people I've had the fortune of doing business with. The owner is a bit humorless but honestly not much more than the average old gunshop owner. Their selection rivals any of the bigger gun stores around Tulsa. Id definitely recommend them to a first time gun buyer who's not yet sure about what he/she wants.

Called about some .223 ammo for price was told to drive 45 minutes and they would deal with me. Very rude and unprofessional. In other words they suck and they also price gouge on their ammo. Ladies and gentlemen read all the negative reviews. This guy types a novel defending his attitude and actions! To put it plainly he is rude jerk! And that's putting it in a nice way.
