SERIOUSLY!!! Please read the negative reviews. This place needs some new management or to be closed.. My wife bought a "Certified" pre-owned car from them. Drove a couple weeks.. Engine light and noise from the engine. Call them to get it looked at. Service department reported it was an exhaust leak had to replace gaskets and tighten connections. Would not provide a loaner car.. So making an hour trip both ways to drop off and pick up... Noise is still there, but lights are off.
Fast forward a couple weeks later. Engine lights and noise that never was fixed are back on but worse. Check the fluids and not a drop of oil in it. She had driven less than 2,500 miles on this "Certified Pre-Owned Car" which they charge you for when financing.
Had the car towed to the dealership. Ask for a loaner car. Because I mean at the end of the day you buy a car to have one. The first week it was there they didn't have one. Then they called and said they had one available. We make another trip to pick it up..
3 weeks in the shop. It's a blown motor.. Have to replace. Great it's a Certified Pre-owned this should be covered.. Wrong
Ok, she bought an extended warranty. That will cover.. Not exactly. It will replace it with a used motor which apparently is prone to this failure. Will you fix the issue with that has been found to cause these motors to fail before installing. NO they will just replace with another used motor if this one fails.
So we ask for her down payment money back. And just step away from the car. Can't do that. But we could trade into an Acura Integra that they could apply that money to. OK great let's do that. Found that they were inflating the price of the car in order to offset the trade value. After back and forth for many days. The manager finally agrees to a price.. Great let's sign paper work on a new 2023 Integra. Wait a minute here come the hidden fee's to ensure the car is covered under the manufacturer warranty... So ready to be done with the place we sign leave and all is good.
Now let's get to current. Sept. 2024.. Regular Service Dates and Fluid Changes at our local Honda dealership. They identify an oil leak, bjt recommend having it looked at and repaired at Grubb since that's where we bought it. Call Grubb, they set the date to drop it off to be looked at and repaired. We both schedule off to take it in.. Guess what.. They text the morning of the service and don't have a car to drive while it's in the shop which could be several days.
Soo, we are just going to find another Acura dealership to have it repaired at. But I do want to recommend NOT buying here. Cars are most likely auction cars and Certified Pre-Owned means 0..

So, my wife and I went here to deal with her Acura, which had a couple of warning lights come on suddenly. I won't bore anyone with the details, but it seemed pretty important to get it done quickly even though the car ran fine. So, I schedule online at Grubbs with Patricia (Trish was the preferred name I believe) and away we go! We show up, pull into the service line. A nice young man with a tablet comes by, gets some info, asks for the keys and my wife and I are out of there. About mid morning I get a text message with a link that provides me with all the necessary repair information, maintenance needs, suggested services etc. I am then able to pick what want done, remove what I don't, and get it done, all without phone conversations or emails back and forth. Very convenient! I only wanted the issue that caused the warning lights fixed because I do my own maintenance. It was a costly "repair" for the service so I sent a text to the consultant teasing her a little about the cost. She replied she was sorry but the estimated cost would be the price. Because it was an update to the cars computer, the dealership was the only option I had to get it done. They sent a text about 2 hours after that and said it was ready to pick up. My wife and I then went back to pick it up. To my shock and surprise, the cost of doing the update was cut in half from what was estimated! That never happens! Really, first time in Mt life a dealership charged less than the said it would cost! Grubbs happens to be the only Acura dealership in town, so they could really take advantage of that. But they don't. So if you need Acura service I would highly recommend you go see them. If how I was treated is any indication of how they normally do business, you will be more than happy! Thanks to Trish (Patricia when you schedule on-line) for making the experience a great one.

Even with me being 19 they took me seriously when I was looking at cars and Hunter the finance manager really helped me out with finding a good rate as a first time buyer with little credit history and no loan history.

We purchased a used car in May. The interior of the car was horribly filthy which they told us the detailed HA . Car had no floor mats, ask for new ones, never received had to by our own. Windshield wipers need to be replaced, ask for new, never received had to purchase our own. The cost on the contract was $2000 more than original sale of the car. We felt we weren't treated as a important customer just a sucker who purchased a used car they wanted to dump!

This was the best and easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. Anthony, my salesperson was excellent and patient throughout the car buying process. I would highly recommend Grubbs Acura of Tulsa to my friends and family.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM GRUBBS.
If Google allowed it, I would give the dealership 0 stars. I verbally agreed to purchase a certified pre-owned vehicle from Grubbs. I followed the verbal agreement with a picture of the check from my bank so that they knew I was purchasing the vehicle. It wasn't until I agreed to buy the car that was advised there was damage that needing repaired. Again, this was a certified car. From the date I agreed to purchase the car, to the date the car was actually ready and delivered, took 2 and a half weeks. In those 2+ weeks, I was given 3 different dates that the car would be ready, and every time, I was told they were still waiting on the part or still repairing it. At one point, I was told the car was in the process of being detailed when they realized there was a recall that they wanted to take care of. When I finally received the car, it had a cracked windshield, a blown speaker in the driver's side door, the inside of the windshield had not been cleaned, there was a cigarette burn in the backseat, the trunk still had debris and trash from a previous owner, and the front end collision system was malfunctioning. Let me remind you, this was somehow a certified car. During the waiting period of getting the car, I gave them ample opportunities to offer a price adjustment or compensation for the experience. When I returned the vehicle 2 days after getting it, their response was to put me in a more expensive vehicle. Another week and a half went by before I received a check back for what I paid for the car. Because of the poorly ran dealership, I had to make a car payment for a car that I had for 2 days. Because of the poorly ran dealership, I missed out on overtime. Because of the poorly ran dealership, I had to pay for a car rental. Because of the poorly ran dealership, I had to pay for fuel to get to and from the dealership twice. In all, because of this poorly ran dealership, I am out nearly $1000. Do they care? Absolutely not. I have reached out several times to seek a goodwill reimbursement, and every time, I was told, they will look into it. I think we can all agree that there was ZERO attempt at sending me anything.

Worst experience ever. Went to purchase a used car, once we went to discuss price they went up over $4000 from listing price trying to tack on a ridiculous conditioning fee & documentation fee that was not advertised in the price. Management there is unprofessional and very unethical practices going on there.

The lady at the service department was excellent at taking care of her customers. But I had to wait for about 10-15 minutes before she could help me out because she is helping another customer at the time while there was another person just sitting by her right side who could at least help out to make things faster but he didn't seem to care. He seemed to be happy just sitting there.
