When they put a sing up that says "System is down closed!" they are in the back with doing ice. FYI give it a hour or 2 for them to sober up a little to manage the store.

First and last time I'll come here. I clearly showed up on my motorcycle, l walked in to get laundry detergent and was not asked but told to leave my backpack behind the register. No signs posted anywhere about this "policy"....treat everyone like a theif is a great way to get repeat business. Got time to screw with me but not clean up the NASTY looking store lol.

Just moved to the area and already noticed the store is closed more than open. It doesn't open on time and will close several hours early.

Just stopped by that location and it’s closed. It’s Sunday and it says that it’s open until 10 PM. It is not open.The shelves are stocked and the lights are on but nobody’s home. This is misleading. I needed to get something and they weren’t open.

12/21/22 the check out is so bad when you go to check out I literally want to cry they either outside or somewhere in the store or just literally taking their time as they’re Checking you out with one checker. I hate that I have to walk into the store and wait for an available checker but it’s the closest thing to my house. The quality of the store has so lowered in expectations in the past years I’m expecting them to close them all. all the ones in Tulsa are pretty much the same. It’s so frustrating. There is either no product in the store or an overflow of products Still waiting to be put on the floor that are boxed up and you can’t get anything. Very frustrating when you need something.

Dollar general and believe me I hate to give such a poor report for at 31st and Mingo in Tulsa Oklahoma really needs help you've got two black American women and a man working there that is rude they don't like your jobs they're very rude don't know what the problem is they talk down to you they they're not assisting you when you ask for something is I don't know if they live around the Pacific where they work but notice they get people discounts and allow people to shoplift want be going back to that one can we at least get some decent people in there to work the store is very nasty I won't be going back in there and stuff we're in carts and not on the shelves for they were empty floor was nasty and it seemed like once one left to go on break or to go in the back and the other one was checking people out and we call her they act like they had attitude because they had to come and help the one who called for help our price checkon 31st and Mingo really needs to be looked into there's the reason why I went to Dollar general just so I would void going having to go to Walmart well it looks like I'm going back to Walmart Dollar general some of them I have really went downhill especially on the north and east side
