They are closed randomly through out the day. I was just there, they had the doors locked with three staff members in the store. They were annoyed that I wanted to return the carpet cleaner I had rented.

The worst store on north Peoria, the employees are the most rude and incompetent people I have seen, no customer service skills at all, and the price on the shelf would not be the same when they ring it up on the register, if you pointed out, they say they are updating the prices. Do not waste your time here.

They close every time they get a truck, they're posted hours do not mean anything, they lock the doors whenever they feel like it
