The pharmacist Robert is terrible, no good, and I hope he has a very bad day. It seems like he's made it a personal mission to make my recent diagnosis with diabetes as bad as possible. Kelly is the pharmacy manager and an absolute angel sent from heaven above.
She is the good grace after dealing with that Robert guy.

It's rare that I make any sort of review for anything. However, my experience at CVS today is noteworthy. On 3/3/24 I went to this store to get several items. When I went to the traditional register to check out, the employee that was behind the counter refused to scan my items and let me pay at the register located at the counter. He picked up all of my items and walked to self checkout. Then he proceeded to scan all my items at the self checkout. Numerous times I asked why he wouldn't use the register located at the counter. His response was that CVS is "training customers to use self checkout." Another employee added that the metrics used to track employee performance are based on customers using self checkout. Great job CVS management. You just lost 3 customers. I will never set foot in a CVS again. There is a nice Walgreens at 81st and Yale.

If I could give 0 stars for this pharmacy I would. I was notified that a medication was ready and then they canceled delivery supposedly because it was not in stock even though I was notified it was ready. The pharmacist offered no solution and just said I could pick it up tomorrow. When I explained that isn't an option he offered no viable solution. This store is horrible.

This store still has a sign on saying it's oper 24 hrs so I drove put of my way only to find out that it's closed. CVS please take down that sign. I've been sick with the flue & desperately needed some over the counter meds and kleenex.

The pharmacy staff tries to be helpful but this business has some chronic issues. Go anywhere local to fill a script. They'll treat you better, be better trained and might care.

They have a Medicine Disposal Container. It is located by the pharmacy. They were so helpful and the prescriptions were taken care of quickly.Not all locations have this service.

This CVS Pharmacy has declined beyond belief. At one time the pharmacist was frindly and helpful. They now have a young pharmacist who is discouteous and really does not appear to care about his job. Two weeks ago I had an appointment for imunizations. They told me they were behind and it would be awhile. I rescheduled for this morning at 10am. Today I go in and there is 4 people in front of me and they only start scheduling at 9am. They were very rude and did not care. Was helpful if I wanted to move my perscritions elsewhere.Since I have left the store they have updated my record to show that I received the shots while I have not. I guess that is so they can bill insurance. I know these people are rude...probably incompetent and possibly dishonest. I hope someone from CVS corp will conatct me. Been using them for years....but no more.

Pharmacy: I’ve never written a review before, but after this last encounter… I had to. Went inside and patiently waited for my prescription to be filled. In that time, roughly 30 minutes. They had mocked and belittled TWO customers picking up their prescriptions in the drive-thru. Mocks included, “it’s processing, what does that mean (as they laugh with customers waiting)?” “ Im not just sitting around doing nothing” And “we close in an hour, come on people!”. As well as having attitudes to everyone who walked in to get their prescriptions. I got no bye after telling the worker “thank you”, just “what are you in for?” As they look to the next person. These pharmacist and pharm tech workers have no compassion. If you don’t like staying until 7, find a new job.

Prescriptions are filled extremely slow. Once took them a week to fill one prescription with no reason why. Now I am on day two of waiting for them to fill a very needed prescription of antibiotics. If you need your medication in a timely manner don’t use this pharmacy.

I hate the awful customer service here. The pharmacy SUCKS! Today was the second time being hung up on by one of the techs there. I was told my prescription would be ready today and it is not! I am seriously thinking of going to a different pharmacy.

Chronically understaffed, and the website's estimate of when your medication will be ready seems to bear no resemblance to reality. I don't have all night to pick up a prescription, people.

Can not do vaccines of any kind but will not tell you that until you show up for your appoitment even if it was made days in advance. Got the text my appoitment was canceled AFTER i tried to check and and was told they couldnt do them.

Ppl don't appreciate being filled, after I already asked someone for the key. Don't tell me you are not trying to follow me just to take the key from the lady I already asked, unlock my item then walk me to the register and swipe my item at the check out! You were filling me, and for what??
