If you enjoy being spoken to like a child by a rude "God complex" having pharmacist, then this CVS is the place for you. They don't care if you wait for days for a prescription to be ready. When I called to check after the 3rd day she literally told me not to call again. If you don't want people to call then don't have the email say, "Please feel free to call if you have any questions". Or maybe not have the CVS app say the same. Even when you call CVS the recording says, Have a question about a prescription, press #2. This woman pharmacist was very rude and extremely unprofessional. Warning to all!

Absolutely the worst experience ever at a pharmacy. I pulled up to the drive through. I had to honk to get someone to look out the window, and then Sarah looked at me and turned her head back to doing something else.
I went in and complained. Jerod was super nice. Sarah started getting hateful telling me they didn’t help me, because they were busy.
I told her she needed to calm her voice. Then the manager Kiersten came up and asked why I was so upset. When I told her she said they were under staffed and very busy.
While I was complaining to the manager, Sarah wells laughing at me!!!!
I told her that I was sorry for being such a bother. When I asked for the corp number Jerod gave it to me, but I didn’t get the chance to write it down.
As I was leaving, I asked Kiersten what the corp number was and she said they don’t have one and I needed to just google it.
This place is the worst. I literally cannot stand using them, but CVS Caremark raises the price if I go anywhere else.

They are so rude to their customers, the lady working today could not have been more impatient even though it was her fault the transaction was taking so long. She couldn’t figure out which item was requiring an ID and when I pulled my items out to ask she started calling me names and complaining about people coming in right before close (it was 4 hours before close ?).

This store is completely incompetent. Ever since CVS closed half of their stores, nothing gets done in a timely way. They take days to fill a prescription. If you have a problem it takes numerous calls and visits to get anything done. They always pass the buck to someone else. No one will take responsibility for their lack of service! I wish I didn't have to deal with them. I think any business would be more efficient than CVS. I don't know how they stay in business, other than the fact that your insurance gives you no choice but to use them. The ironic thing is that I'm fighting with them over high blood pressure meds. They are making me need a higher dose!

It is always a pleasant experience going to CVS. I am always greeted with a smile and the employees know their stuff. I highly recommend CVS to my family and friends.

Standard CVS store and pharmacy in Tulsa. Picked up a prescription for a relative without issue. They have lots of stuff to shop - makeup, nail polish, toiletries, medicine, gifts, stationary and craft supplies, toys, candy, tons of greeting cards, and more. I went a few days after Christmas and they had lots of christmas or holiday items on sale.

Neat and clean organized store. Lots of cute valentine. Gifts are already out teddy bear, chocolates, candles. Plus she's squishy's. There was a small section for St. Patrick's Day accessories. They have all the face wash all the moisturizers that you would probably find at Ulta Roche posey is here. The toilet paper was almost sold out. There was very low selection. I don't know what that was about. large parking lot plenty of spots. They do have to self check out registers as well for faster service. There is a photo printing department here as well. I did not use the pharmacy, so I don't know how long that wait is . friendly helpful workers.

The entire insurance system nationwide was down. Ok sure not their fault. In the midst of a mental health emergency I pleaded for them to let me know when they would be able to process my rxs. The lady even went so far as to assure me she would check every 10 min and call me as soon as they were able to process. She took my phone number. No one ever called. When I FINALLY reached them after hours of waiting for them to call me they said oh yeah its been up for hours. I brought it to the attention of a pharmacy rep when I picked up my prescriptions FINALLY and she completely blew me off. Don't tell someone in a freaking mental health crisis your going to help them and blow them off, CVS. Heartless. I will be searching for an alternative pharmacy as this was absolutely not the way to be treated. Why lie to me and tell me you're going to help me? Complete lack of empathy for a fellow human.

I love this place. We have been coming to CVS for years and today Ester made my stress disappear. We recently lost insurance and I was trying everything to save money and was so worried I was not going to be able to afford my daughters meds but with the help of Ester I will be able to afford them and with everything else going on. This was the biggest relief and best news..

At the 41 St store, Alek treated other customers far welcoming then I felt he did for me, and another employee dark haired guy was spying on me as if to pretend he was straighten up a rack. Someone I couldn't see who exactly spoke to everyone coming in but me, interesting. Everyone of the same race are not the same. Preconceived behavior (prejudice) is totally unacceptable in this day and hour, green has No respect of person!! I felt unwelcomed, they went out of their way to be cordial to everyone that looked like them. Evil is in every race, rather small or Iarge!!! I spent over hundred dollars and I don't think he put my number in correctly for me to receive any rewards. I had a few months ago unsubscribed to Not get so many emails, but the experience with Alek was one of I could care less, very apathetic.

Having to provide Milk Bone dog treats for the customer’s who bring their pups thru the drive thru window due to the Pharmacist not being allowed to “write off” The box of treats, is one thing; however, when Esther the technician rudely takes such provided treats completely unacceptable behavior.
