Call in prescription over 24 hrs before going to pick up, they hadn’t even started filling it. Had me drive around to the back of the drive thru line and wait 30 min. Never use cvs again and hope everyone stops using them.

Great location, staff was friendly, and pharmacist was extremely nice. Vaccination appointment only took around 5 min in total. Would recommend this location.

WORST PHARMACY - HATEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. My friend needed a refill of his nitroglycerin. He was told it would be ready by 9pm. He was also told the pharmacy closes at 8pm. When he arrived in the afternoon, the staff was angry he arrived before his refill was ready - which would have been after they close. They did refill it but only after they were incredibly rude!!!

So far I am happy with this pharmacy. We just had to change from Walgreens due to insurance requirements. I had some confusion on a prescription and Tanya looked into it for me and figured it out. She is great! Hopefully, we will like this pharmacy.

Every time I come here they misinform or make mistakes with my prescription, whether that be the time of readiness, coupons, processes, refill requests, prescription expirations etc. I will be having them transfer my prescriptions, they experience great difficulties completing minor tasks, have wasted hours of my time and are the SOLE reason I didn't have access to my vital meds for a month. Hire new techs, retrain or hire new management. Something...somewhere is out of order.

Terrible service at pharmacy!!! Don't go here! Prescription was called in by doctor when i was out of town. When i returned home two days later, prescription should have been ready and waiting. I went to the drive thru and they said I was nowhere in their system. Upon further questions, they found me in their system. Then, they said my claim was denied because my birthday was incorrect. She asked me to verify my birthday no less than three times! She checked my insurance card too then said I would need to call insurance company to get it resolved. I pulled over to the parking lot and called my insurance company, waited on hold, and they told me nothing was wrong on their end. I went back to drive thru and asked them to call the insurance company. They said it would be 30 min and to come back and they would have prescription ready. I waited over an hour to be sure, went back to pharmacy and they said they "haven't had time to call" the insurance company and that it would be "awhile" before they could call. I pulled over in parking lot again, called my insurance and had them on the line when I went back thru the drive through. Using my phone, they spoke with insurance and figured out THEY (CVS) had a typo on my birthdate all along (remember she asked me no less than three times). I thought for sure they would fill my prescription immediately and was infuriated when she said it would be another 30 min! Insurance guy was still on the phone and heard all of this going on so he said he would call them to discuss it. I had an advocate...yay! He came back on the line and said they got angry and hung up on him! In summary, It's been two days since prescription was called in and I've been dealing with it today for THREE hours! They have never apologized for accepted responsibility for the error. I understand people make mistakes but this is ridiculous customer service!

Terrible. Stay away from that pharmacy. Bought gift cards at Xmas time. Walked out the door and the clerk did not put them in the bag. I returned and of course she denied it. She swiped gift cards intended for my children's gifts. Shady looking character. I should have known. When management were contacted they said there was nothing they could do even with my receipt. This is the second time in a few years I have had similar things happen there. Save yourself aggravation. Stay away from that store. There are way too many options close to the area to take a chance.

Best CVS in the area. I had a hand full of horrible experiences at the one on 71st so I transferred my medication and business to this location with the thoughts to leave CVS. However this location is amazing the staff is friendly knowledgeable and over all amazing. Thanks for being great and thanks for restoring faith in the CVS Brand. Bonus props to the pharmacy staff as well.
