My wife went to this store to get a E sim card for her iphone 14 and the employee mistakenly connected her new phone to my number therefore disconnected my line. This mistake could have been corrected but instead he informed her that he had called his district manager and he said there is nothing else they can do, he refused to call his manager or ask for help. Then he went on to force my wife and my kid out of the store and told her never come back here again, at that time I walked into the store and realized what he was doing! We understand mistakes happen but this kind of unstable behavior and bad customer service is unacceptable, when I walked in he fixed the problem and was going to charge me again for the mistake he made. I have never seen this kind of customer service and also he asked me never come back here again.

Oh my gosh wonderful customer service! Very clean store. Kristi was so helpful and answered all my questions and was so kind this is the only cricket store I will go to!!!

Would not recommend Cricket service. It has taken 20 minutes so far to down load google maps. That’s with iPhone 12 processor and 3 LTE bars. Text messages and phone calls take at least a minute to send.

Lack of knowledge of device's information, lack of customer service, the worker looked like she just woke up and came to work. The other worker must have been new so it was understandable. Not asking for much.

The employees did not know what they were doing. They did not know the prices to the phones I tried buying a phone I swipe my credit card it didn't work employees tell me the machine is not working so I didn't get a phone the next morning I had $200 took from my bank account from this cricket wireless it's been two weeks and cricket still won't refund my $200 saying they don't have it but my bank statement says they do ????

I started a new plan that came with a new phone. I was encouraged to upgrade to another phone by paying some more money. I did so to the tune of $185.The phone had trouble right out of the box. The touchscreen was non-responsive half the time. It was laggy.I came into the store to return the phone the next business day. I was told that they couldn't take returns because the internet was out. Same thing every day for the next two days. I get it. These things happen. Too bad they couldn't run a hotspot.When I finally was able to return the phone, they offered to exchange it or upgrade it. I asked for the free phone. The answer, "no longer available". Now I have a SIM Card and no phone. Thanks CRICKET.

after going to the broken arrow location and being treated horribly, the ladies at this location were absolutely helpful and amazing !
