First off.. carlie is very rude and she had the doors locked at 5;30pm and when I looked through the window she was taking a box full of accessories to the bathroom and putting them in her pocket.. then when she came out she unlock the door and went to this truck that was sitting outside and dumped stuff from her pockets. So there definitely should be some type of investigation going on.. and this is not the first time she has took things as I was walking up to the counter she pocketed money in her pockets.

I have never felt the need to leave a review before in my life, but today was the exception.
Yesterday my cricket phone stopped charging, just like the 2 phones before it. In the past they simply sold me a new phone, and switching everything over was a hassle and expensive. I have been a Cricket customer for over 25 years, I have spent over $20K with their company. I run 2 businesses through my phone, and lose thousands of dollars per day if it doesn’t work.
Today I walked into the Cricket store at 51st and Sheridan and explained this to Carley, the customer service rep who was working. I also explained that I was ready to find a new provider since they couldn’t sell me a phone that lasted over 12 months. I was very upset.
Instead of brushing me off or trying to sell me a new phone that I didn’t want, she listened patiently, then took the time to clean out my charge port. It full of very small dirt particles. She plugged my old phone in and it lit right up!
Not only did she make my day, but I will be using Cricket for the rest of my life and want to recommend it to everyone.

Needless to say somebody who had it out to cause problems for me getting the second line going I showed up at the store to take up the offer I was offered last time I was there it turns out that offer no longer exist because they don't have that phone anymore I was staring at the phone I saw the price tag on the phone and the upgrade was what it was for me and I could have got that basic Cricket phone on an upgrade for $25 that I qualified for in store last time I was there this day before and needless to say he told me that the only upgrade that I qualified for was over $100 that it was going to be $25 to activate the for activation fee for a new line Plus the month service I said $25 activation fee it was $15 last time I activated a line it said no it's $25 and I proceeded to say all right well since my card won't charge it and you want to charge me $70 to activate a sim card with a $30 a month plan while I have a device ready to go I'll just call customer service customer service told me that I must have had a guy who didn't like me or was trying to make money off me. Because activation for a new line is anywhere between 10 and 15 dollars depending on if you do it online or in store and the lady on the phone the customer service lady says you know what you just have to pay the month service for the line and we're going to activate you free of charge and he could have done that in store but I guess he not only changed my pen to something I asked him not to I asked him to change my PIN to a four digits he changed it to something else I had to run through customer service luckily sent me a reset and allowed me to reset my pen back to what it was this dude literally tried to get me for 70 bucks for me bringing in my own device my own Sim kit and just activating it in the store because I have brain damage from an aneurysm that I was having troubles with I called customer service and they said oh we can help you and did it for me these authorized retailers what are they out here doing if they will deny a phone upgrade for a proper price when someone's staring right at it and was told the day before how much your phone upgrade cost for that basic Cricket phone wonderful that I got to see how they do business here now when I go to the store to pay my bill I'm going to have to double check to make sure that they're only taking the service fee I do for in-store payment and not trying to double or triple down on it cuz between the people who visited the store before me to cause problems and get people in on messing with me really really cause problems I'm going to have to show the upgraded phone that was offered to me today person behind there when I go in there again I don't plan on doing business with them but I plan on getting him to at least being honest and not taking advantage of a disabled person

I've been a customer with cricket for way too long. This was my go to place. Until recently they've had a complete turn around of employees and the most recent batch of malcontents are less than helpful. Each time they find some reason they can't possibly explain why the phone I just bought is a POS or any question asked. Very frustrating.

The sales associates work hard. The cell phone itself has constant problems...I have to restart my phone constantly. Ie- the cricket wireless internet experience is very testing of one's patience!

Found out a week later I was charged retail price when I should have been given the upgrade cost since I was just upgrading. Going through insurance I have on the phone was also an option.... just found out too late. A week is all you have to return and I found out all this one weeknd

Yesterday afternoon I went to buy the fifth phone with the fifth line. And the hard-working man treated me the worst. Being a customer of 5 lines of that company and that store, I had to go to another store on 31st and Sheridan where they gave me good service with respect and decency. I'm sorry I never shop at that store again. This treatment of their workers is the worst..
