Store opens at 9am on weekdays, but when I arrived at 9:30 on Friday the door was locked and had a "Back in 10minutes" sign. Waited for over 40 minutes and still nobody came back. A bit early in the day to be locking up and taking an extended coffee break. Multiple other people were lined up at the door and left over time. Who's getting paid to be NOT working here?

Wonderful Customer service! Customers didn't have to wait very long. The rep was able to serve several people at a time. Everyone including myself left the store happy, satisfied and with a smile on our faces.

Location is your basic pay center. Cricket has no loyalty to existing customers. Company tryst saying an extra $4 fee to my bill is "convenience fee" . I find nothing convenient about be charged more money than what my bill is. An extra fee to process my payment is stupidity on crickets account. Does not mater the various options for payment. And the fact the extra fee is for being able to deal directly with a human. I will never recommend your service until this issue is removed
