I have had it with crickets quality of phones. I believe they stock cheap quality phones and then mark them up by a crazy percentage. Before I had my previous phone and after 4 years it quit working coincidentally after an update and now I've only had this phone for 1 year and during that time the touch screen slowly started to lose it's registration it can't tell if I was tapping or not. The phone also started to not make sound during calls or when just using it. The vibration has also stopped and now the phone won't charge correctly and I can't hear anything unless I use my Bluetooth buds. The company also talks about "no hidden fees" but if I go online to see what I qualify for as far as an upgrade I se a message that says "new customers get this phone for $0" but I still have to pay $69.99 - $129 plus A HIDDEN $30 "upgrade fee" and I guarantee there will also be a $60 activation fee. I've been using this phone service company for almost 12 years give me a break I already have to pay for a car payment and rent and a bunch of other bills phone bill included I am not about to put myself into debt over a phone.

Came into the store today and spoke with Rosie. She was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem and didn’t try to pass us off to customer service. Was very nice. Thank you Rosie for being so helpful and patient.

This review is about the clerk. Rosario M.. I bought a new phone last week and after looking at my account she used the higher cost plan so I didnt get the multi line discount. She also added insurance that I said I didnt want. Over all she over charged me $50 from what I wanted. I just spent an hour on the phone with a rep (after an hour on hold) to fix the issues. Luckily the rep on the phone was great and I get a credit for the over charge. She also filed a complaint against this clerk. I will be filing on after this and wanted to write this review to warn people.The store itself is just like any other store.

Don't even waste your time at this location., or this carrier for that matter. The space taker behind the counter couldn't and wouldn't provide any assistance other than to speculate that there was something wrong with the "inside" of my phone. I would have thought that such a dire situation would have called for a work order or something...but, no. That was the extent of her expertise. (Other than to try an argue her understanding of agency law). A complete waste of time

They were very helpful.. Rosie got everything transferred for me.. The store at 21st and Yale will be where I go for everything.. Thanks to both ladies that helped us??

The staff is ok they act like they don't want to help I had to get upset before they would help they finally did but they act put out by it I definitely don't like going in there

I had been trying to transfer my number from Walmartfamily mobile to cricket for 4 days. Family mobile kept giving me excuses and promised they did it told me all was ok, every time I called they told me it was done. Finally I came to this sore and got help from Naya. First time she worked with me for an hour, family mobile just jersey me around. 2nd time I came in Naya helped me again. Was there again for almost am hour, but she got all of it worked out and finally I'm all set with Cricket thanks to Nays and her patience and thinking.
