“My wife and I are happy we made the switch, we are new to cfcu, we were greeted, there was a nice dog inside the bank and let us pet him... this young lady who helped us and took the time to explain how the branch and the accounts work... not like the big banks who just pass you the papers and expect you to know how it all works... this branch is patient with you to explain everything and we got our permanent debit cards that very same day and didn't have to wait 2 weeks to receive them in the mail... we are very happy...”

The very first morning they reopened, Jen allowed me to come into her office and wait while she completed the loan process that started the week before. “I will always have a good review for any TTCU location but this one particularly is my absolute favorite! Always so friendly. Very fast pace but not to the point they rush you out the door. Very professional, and always ready to answer any questions and assist you if you need help. I personally love the vibe at this TTCU branch location. I get the same vibe each time I walk in. It definitely keeps my motivation up when I go in to put into my savings!”

“Setting up my checking account was very easy and done completely online. I went in person to make my initial deposit and was able to get my debit card while I was there. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. I've sent messages asking for clarification on a couple of things, like is it really that easy to get 6% interest?, and I got a quick response from an actual person, not a bot. Did I mention 6% interest and it's easy to qualify?”
