11-28-2023, 11:30 AM, went to Cox store, 103rd & Memorial, to replace a remote with a sunken/broken center command button. Adrian greeted us at the door, asked how he could help, showed him remote and he immediately exchanged it without question. He then asked if there was anything else he could help us with and I said, in jest, he could "pay our cable bill." I also asked about the recent installation of fiber optic cable in our neighborhood. He said he could look into it, found a promotion and reduced our monthly bill quite a bit -- for ONE year anyway. He said we now had the fiber optic connection. In a follow-up Cox text message confirming transaction, I learned that our account number was also changed - not thrilled with that; but, oh well.

Never had a problem. Staff is always polite and considerate. I got overcharged for my bill ONCE and they gave me the next two months free!

I have visited the Cox store three times in a two weeks time. Hardly no wait time every time I came in. Very friendly staff, asked if I'm having any issues. One was adjustments on my bill, the other was to change out my box. It was so easy to change it out, though it would be harder. Thank you for making my visits a pleasant one.

I wanted to cancel my internet because I found a cheaper price for the same speeds but when I went into the store a kid named Zach Farris helped me out and told me he could get me a better price for the what I had if I kept cox. I left the store and tried to contact him. The man that answered the phone said he was busy with a customer and he would call me back. I never received a phone call back so I called back and I got the run around of how he had to leave for an emergency and would call back when he came in the next day. I never heard from him and every time I call the store no one answers. If you offer a customer something you need to be able to make it happen!! Very poor customer service!!

Andre was such an amazing help today. He helped me up over the phone and had the best customer service when I showed up in person. I'm very thankful that is was an easy and great process!

Pay quite a bit of money for the giga blast that is advertised up to 950 MB per second but 99.9% of the time I can barely get 200 MB per second and then the last two months I barely get 100 MB per second absolute fraud and false advertisement

They can never get my service done right. I am a gigablast member and since install had nothing done right. If I don't do there stupid AI chat. It resolves nothing. My Panorama WiFi is a Joke. Then you still want to swindle money from me when my dl and ul speed is not there!?

One of the employees there started yelling at me because I was disputing charges in my bill that I was lied to about. The manager there lied to me about my service and now I’m stuck in a two year contract I was never told about and being charged for home phone service. What a joke. The manager jacy is a disgusting person who takes her anger out on customers. I am going to be filing complaint after complaint about her.

They completely lied to me. The manager there named Jacy is rude, aggressive and completely unprofessional. I will be cancelling my cox account as soon as I’m out of the contract.

Do not get cox internet!!!!!! An employee there today said “wanna take this outside!” And yelled at me in front of all the other customers just because I was asking about my bill and his explanation wasn’t right!

Great service. Exchanged a modem. They knew ahead of time we were coming in. There were greeters opening the doors for customers and greeting them as they came in and left. It's not something you see in businesses every day. They were busy but not overwhelming. That told me they were a trusted company. I recommend Cox.

Switching from AT&T internet to Cox internet is one of the best decisions I’ve made. My internet actually works all over my house now, it’s so much faster than it used to be and my bill is just over 1/2 of what I was paying so that’s great!! I feel like Zach at this location went above and beyond making sure I set up everything correctly and my internet was working. Great customer service.

I do not recommend this Cox Store some employee named Zach thought it was an amazing idea to send my mother's abusive ex-husband her address who she fled. Great customer server 10/10.

Make sure you get anything they say in writing. I was asked to do a modem upgrade for $5 a month including tax and fees. Of course they did not mention a 2 year contract was involved. I learned of the contract in the confirmation email I received. To get the 2 year contract removed, I had to pay $10 a month extra for the modem I got. That was after an earlier wrong pricing quote from an agent for an upgrade. Be wary!
