I'm moving, so I tried to take care of the account transfer online. Two hours later and five different people I talked to gave me all different information. I go to THIS store and within five, ten minutes max, Alex took care of it and even helped with the bill for me. He was excellent, very knowledgeable. I really appreciated him being canndid about the process and how he was very comendable toward his coworkers. He has confidence in the team he works with and himself, which is something I highly appreciate seeing as a customer. It encourages trust. He had a great attitude. Thanks for all your help! I'll definitely only go to this location to work with this team.

Constant problems with my plan, still havnt received my full router kit, constant outages and service dips, got double charged for a months internet and got told they couldn't do anything and I needed to pay it or they would remove service. Honestly don't trust Cox just about every agent will feed you a 100% made up story just to get you off the phone.
-edit. Now I'm getting mystery charges added to my plan. Its quite literally gotten worse.

Every time my price goes up and the quality of service goes down. Paying almost $200 for internet I can’t even game on without the internet completely dying for the entire household. I genuinely feel wronged by cox and taken advantage of. I called to ask questions and instead of being helped they were pushing mobile service on me.

Let me start by saying, Ive been a cox customer for well over 30 years!! And if you move into a new home make sure google has your address registered!!!
That being said, for 5 weeks we tried to get service at our new house! Every time we called we were told the same thing "we will put in a work order" and they will contact you with in 7 to 10 working days!
Call back to check in and NOPE! Your work order was cancelled. Cant find your address!
" WHAT!!????!!!!
I CAN SEE THE CABLE BOX IN BACK OF MY HOUSE! "
Sorry for this, we will open a new work order. Call back and Wala! Cancelled again! 3 times this happened. Mean while I'm running my Phone HOT SPOT BILL UP more and more every day! To the tune of doubling my normal phone bill!
After several attempts to get Internet service and hours on the phone with no results, my wife and I decided to go to the location in person at 10410 S. Memorial location. We are greeted promptly by Adrian Moreno! Turns out he and I work out at the same Gym so was nice to see a familiar face! We tell him our about our struggle and believe me!! THE STRUGGLE WAS REAL by this point! :) It was a Sunday and Adrian couldn't do much that day but he said he would check on Monday. On Tuesday (Adrian's day off mind you) He called me on his day off to update me!! Wow above and beyond!!! Feeling a lil better! Someone cares!
He worked this situation for two weeks for me! He updated me twice on his days off and numerous other times to boot!! Today he hurtled the last hurtle jumped through the last flaming hoop, and was able to actually get us set up for the install and activation!!! I want Cox to know, this guy is a keeper! I was totally ready to go to another internet provider just out of frustration because no one could help!! And frankly were pretty much like " sorry it is what it is" attitude. Adrian Moreno went above and beyond multiple times to insure it was followed up on and I was informed of progress!! The only person who actually followed up and came through with what he said!! I have no idea what he had to go through, what flaming hoops he dove through, cliffs he dove off of, but in the end he got it handled! This is why I stayed with Cox! His customer service was professionally awesome and he made me feel valued as a customer! Way to go Adrian!!! Who knows how many accounts he saved but I know of one he saved! ME!

We were left with internet that barely worked for 7 weeks with little to no help from customer service or the field techs (we had 6-7 techs out to try and fix the issue). We were told by the techs we could get fiber to try and fix our issues but customer service reps said we could not. No one at this company is on the same page. We switched to Kinetic by Windstream and we are MUCH happier.

Today, We had Zach help Us, & I was so happy for his excellent customer service! He was so patient & kind & explained all Our options. He went above & beyond! He helped Us save a lot of Money & Yet have Our needs met! He was a blessing! (Another Lady was also very kind, but can’t remember her name, sorry)
