This hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport but I never heard plane traffic. Overall it's a quiet location. The HVAC worked great though it's the older kind without a wall thermostat. The staff members were terrific. I didn't have the free breakfast. They do have an airport shuttle, as advertised, but be aware it costs $15. The staff went above and beyond to arrange for my transportation. This property isn't luxurious in any sense, but it isn't meant to be. I've rated it highly because it is a perfectly good, serviceable place to lodge. If you want to put your feet up in your room, there are a LOT of TV channels to choose from. There's a beverage vending machine and water and a a few kinds of snacks for sale at the desk.Rooms: My room was very clean and comfortable. Rooms are serviced every 3rd day, which suited me fine.

These people totally ripped me off. Had to cancel my reservation a day before arrival and they refuse to refund me my money. Nor did any of the desk know what to do about the situation. Which seems to me to be a very common situation. Third world management with third world quality hotel and third world customer service..

Great hotel for the price! Great customer service when we arrived last night. It's definitely on older building but it's clean. No pests in out room; we did a full inspection(we do pest control). It was a little humid in our room but its Oklahoma ?♀️. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast. Overall I would stay here again and recommend.

Quite a cheap hotel. I picked it because it was 5 minutes from my new worksite, but learned the area is not good (this is next to an "hourly" hotel). Even more was the fact that I had to remove my own garbage from my room while I was there. The hotel manager told me if it's full to go out to the dumpster. Plus, the room wasn't maintained well and I had to take my dirty towels to the Front Desk before I could get more for the rest of the week. One interesting thing...I was the only guest there the first two nights I was there. I now understand why...I'm guessing I'd get better service at the hotel next door.

This hotel barely meets the Country Inn & Suites standards. I was highly disappointed to see stains on the carpet and on most of the furniture. The A/C systems and bathrooms are seriously outdated. Would not recommend.

Lobby smells great but the room smelled like stale water from a dirty carpet cleaner. Before check out we found a bloody spot on the sheets that indicated they weren't changed. Very very poor condition and upgrades appear to have been done by an inexperienced person

To begin, the door didn't close on its own it had to be pushed closed. Tried locking the door, and it wouldn't lock. The door is not hinged correctly. The mold well we know that doesn't grow overnight. The vent doesn't work. The shower faucet was leaking, and you can clearly tell there was a patch job done on the tub. The tub had clearly not been scrubbed as it looked dark. Also, whatever attempt to renovate the room was done, and it looked like they didn't know what they were doing. The electrical plug by the sink was not ACH outlets.When I went to check out, the customer service rep was not nice. He was upset that we were leaving. Apparently, we weren't gonna get a refund for the room.Once i got another hotel, I found out this is not a good part of town either.

I can honestly say that this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in our lives. Do not follow the photos online because they do not depict the rooms. They were obviously stock photos because the hotel and room looked nothing like them.1. We had mold in the coffee maker in our room!! (see attached photos)2. The breakfast area was disgusting, and no one was attempting to restock/clean it up. They were out of fruit, coffee, and cream cheese for bagels. When another family called a front desk worker to the area, she seemed surprised that it was unstocked. She handed out cream cheese and bananas but still didn't clean up the messes.THE breakfast food also all appeared to be reheated and tasted terrible. The floors were also sticky.3. The bathroom in our hotel room had literal pink grime/scale around the faucets (see attached photos). Also, when you turned the light on for the bathroom the exhaust fan automatically kicked on and was extremely noisy. Our daughter was afraid of the loud noise and refused to go into it. The exhaust fan/light fixture was also not secured to the ceiling.4. The stairs and floors throughout the hotel were dirty and needed vacuuming and a good deep clean.5. Don't even get me started on the smell throughout our room and our towels! The towels smelled as if they had been washed without any detergent and smelt of dirt.6. There is NO ELEVATOR! You will be using stairs which was fine for us but definitely not friendly for elderly people.Lasty, just to add in some personal information, by the time we got here it was late at night and already had the reservation so there was no time to find a new hotel which is the only reason we stayed the one night. We were supposed to stay 2 but canceled our 2nd night and booked a new hotel as soon as we got settled in the room.

After a 10 hour drive from Minneapolis the least you can ask for is hot shower in the morning. That's not happening here. Water in the sink was immediately hot shower ran for 45 minutes and never got hot. Breakfast was disappointing at best. Opening at 7:00 they were out of eggs by 7:15. Don't waste your time of money!

We were booking this hotel through price line when we changed our mind and told them we didn't want it. They charged us anyway and told us that if the hotel would cancel it then they would refund the money. An employee at the hotel refused to let me talk to the manager and told me they would not cancel the room. I said "We'll, I guess you guys can rent it out and get double paid." She told me that the hotel only gets a fee and price line gets most of the money. I researched and she was lying to me. You can't trust the long time employees at this hotel. I am not going to mention her name but she is a liar. They don't care one bit about their patrons. We lost $163.00unless Priceline comes through and helps.Noteworthy details: Don't ever stay here.
