It was the middle of the night when Jennifer checked me in. She brings this establishment a great first impression. I was more than likely a difficult guest because I was paying and using points for my stay. Thank you Jennifer for your professionalism.Food & drinks: Breakfast was good and coffee was hot.

Was pleasantly surprised given the negative reviews. I had no complaint, staff was helpful, breakfast was good.Edited to add: whoops! Bedbugs in room 115! So not good!
