Bobby with cornerstone home lending was absolutely amazing. This was my first home and he walked me through everything. He was great with communicating with my Realtor and I and he helped make my dreams come true. I will forever be grateful for him and his team ❤️

Had a very detailed In depth discussion on purchasing a home. We expressed the importance of NOT pulling our credit reports UNTIL We gave them all our documents (to look over) & were told they would not do anything until we gave the go ahead. They assured us that our file would sit there and when we were ready it would be one click of a button. They decided one week later to go ahead AND DO A HARD PULL on our credit without us knowing. I was bombarded with spam calls, then pre approval emails from this company and got a half apology about "it doesn't really mess w your credit that bad". I'm disgusted thinking about it. We did NOT agree to the pull NOR did we sign ANYTHING. We didn't even fill out an application.
Be careful with them. My trust is broken. Haven't spoken to me since the day I called them out for pulling it. So here we are with lowered scores bc they lied

Bret Close and his team were a DREAM to work with! I felt so well taken care of and well directed in every aspect of the home lending process. Every step of the way I was well communicated with and never felt like there was something I could not discuss or ask of this team. Bret made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process and made sure I had a full understanding of each aspect. I was constantly checked in with and made sure I new what was going on and where we were along the way. They worked diligently to help make my process as quick and easy as possible which was beneficial with multiple offers going in at the same time. Even after the process was over Bret and his team continually checked in with me to make sure everything was still going well and that I knew they were there if I needed help or had any questions. Very poor communication. Extremely poor! Be careful if you attempt to recast. I called to check on the recast after hearing nothing for 10 days. The process had never been started so I had to start from the beginning.
