“You will smell like a cheeseburger when you leave!The small place was packed. Luckily, we got a table. There was a group of 16 ladies having a luncheon and gossip session. They filled the small dining area. Fortunately for us, most of them already had their orders when we walked in. The kitchen staff was hustling. We were orders #26 and 27. Order 22& 23 went to their table; #24&25 was a to-go order. Quickly after that, our orders came out, #26 (regular cheeseburger and fries) and #27 (double cheeseburger and O-Rings)I was surprised, these are hearty cheeseburgers. Good big beef patties, between fresh buns and dressed with L,T,P,O&M. Hold the mayo and I should have said hold the ketchup. A minor slip up and infraction of proper burger protocol on my part. Excellent Burgers. The fries and onion rings, commonly found fast food prepared versions, were perfectly cooked to the proper golden brownIt is a small community/neighborhood gas station/store that has been around forever. Friendly service. After our order was served, the cook came out of the kitchen and got involved with the gaggle of ladies as they were finishing their lunch.The burgers at Payton’s frequently are caught up in food fights on local foodie blogs. Burger aficionados spar endlessly with polemic comments to defend their favorite “Best burger in Tulsa.” It is an unresolvable controversy. I would certainly rate Payton’s Corner burgers in the top 10. Try it if you haven’t.”

Travis was awesome, keeping me updated throughout the repair process. I told him there was no rush, so he could take his time and do it right.
The pricing is fair, and the repair quality is top-notch. This isn't your average shop where they just swap out parts. They let me know about everything that needed fixing, including some stuff I didn't notice at first.

“Sketchy area but they're fixing it up around here. Local Tienda, a.k.a. store that has everything from flyswatters to large pots to cook tamales to snacks and chips and soda. You can send money here you can pick up money here you can send money international and you can cash checks.lots of candy and snacks from Mexico and Central America. They speak English and Spanish. Mop and bucket to hot Cheetos. One stop shop in the barrio. Love it”

“***** Update***** The QT has Redeemeditself.The store manager Juan called me this morning and apologized for everything that happened to me. I couldn't ask for a nicer response than what I received from him.I give him a 5 Stars for Excelence in Customer Service.I also received a call from Tori in Division Corporate, who also was Excellent in 5 Star Service.IT'S BEEN A WEEK TODAY AND NO ONE FROM CORPORATE HAS RETURNED MY CALL. ?Stopped in heavy traffic at 61st. St. & Lewis around 3pm Friday. I look up at the QT sign and it says: 1.03 for premium gas. Obvious that it's a mistake since reguis 2.67I continue down Lewis to Walmart & Walgreens to shop.Come back an hour later, I look at the sign and on the north side says 1.03 gal. for premium and the south side says 2.03 gal. for premium. So I stop at the gas pump and it shows 3.03 gal.I go into the store and the the guy at the counter identifies himself ad the store manager Cage G. Very rude and defensive young man. I tell him about the price being wrong. I told him he still needed to sell me the gas at 1.03 gal. Otherwise that is clearly False Advertisement. He said No, the price is 3.03 and if didn't like it to leave. I asked for the number of the regional manager and was refused. He finally gave me the Customer Service number and I left Boiling made.I feel he should have Thanked me and at least given me a QT gift card to make up the difference in price. But know he gets me all upset sends my blood pressure thru the roof.I did call customer service and spoke with a very nice young lady, who calmed me down and took all the information. She assured me the real store manager and regional manager would call me .Still waiting for the call. Will update when hear back.Normally I get nothing but the best service from the great team that QT hires, but not today.I have been aloyal QT customer for over 60 years as a kid in Tulsa.”

How this guy is stuck on graveyard and not managing one or more of these stores Idk!! Give the guy a raise or promotion or something, a gold star at least ffs! Like beyond exemplary service, above and beyond in terms of patience and staying nice even when dealing with customers that are rude or have a bad attitude.
