“I got some malware on my computer. I ordered an antivirus off the internet and then I change my mind and told him I didn't want it cause it was LifeLock, what I did not want. I wanted something that makes sure no malware gets on there and that wasn't it I suppose that's what they told me so I asked for them to quit charge my Visa card. Of course then when I turn my computer off and turn it back, somehow my computer got locked up. Took it to oars, works great now. They had to erase the whole hard drive. They had it done the same day. I don't think I even mentioned it was a business cp. I have good experience s with them.”

I chose an open box jbl soundbar rated with excellent sticker on package as an alternative. Chose to return the item same day after opening the package and noticed missing items (remote, hdmi cable, and manual.) came back and talk to an associate at the front door and was offered a refund or exchange. We went back to electronics and Micah greeted us and he found the original product I placed an is order earlier that was missing. He asked if he could go find it and check, he found it in mins. What makes Micah different is his approach and he makes you feel valued. He listens and he can turn an escalation into “I have your back moment” Thank you for Micah for taking the time to assist us. Great experience and will refer him by name. Btw, the sound bar works great and love using the dtsvx and surround options on the remote, definitely makes a difference in the sound!”

However, I have learned that it is extremely easy to order from the wrong store via the app. More than once I have had to drive across Tulsa to another store regardless of how carefully I place my order. I think that there needs to be an adjustment to the app to help prevent this, although I will continue to try to see why this is so easy to do.”
