Paid 1100$ per window after a year they started to grow bacteria in them. They would not do anything about him and they had a five-year warranty. They came out, said they never seen anything like it, but would not stand behind the warranty. Do not use community builders Nathan Wolter is a joke

Went with this joke of a company last July for new windows .. paid 10 grand down as a payment.. 14 months later still no windows or doors.. hired a lawyer to get my money back .. they called my lawyer and said they had the windows and doors and could have them installed by 8/1/24 so the lawyer and I agreed on that with the company.. well that day came and went still no windows or doors .. so it full steam ahead with the law suit ... the so called ladies that work there are rude very unprofessional... stay far away from this sham of a company..

Waited 9 months for installation when you could get someone to return calls all you got was the same excuse material hasn’t come in have no idea when come in. Attitude was we really don’t care either. Last few weeks hard even find someone at the office

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I used them about 2yrs ago for windows and siding for my home. I have been calling them about a window that doesn't stay up when raised, and also for them to look at the guttering and siding for repairs with no call back. I have literally called over 15 times and left voicemails within the last 3 weeks. I fully understand being busy but to not even get a callback acknowledging they received the messages or they will get something scheduled. It is very upsetting when you spend 30,000 grand and they don't have the respect to even return a call. I also contacted the BBB and will past this review there as well. It's a stupid amount of money and I regret following through with this horrible company.

They charged me 55,000 to put siding on a 1100 sq ft house everything is wrong the windows was measured wrong to little some don't work give them 40,000 and several installers and none of them new what the HELL they was doing so my house looks like HELL THANKS TO I'LL SAVE YOU A LOT OF MONEY now them so called nice windows they put in you lift one up and the top one comes down this COMPANY IS A BIG JOKE HE SHOULD BE SUED AND PUT OUT OF BUSINESS SORRY BUNCH OF PEOPLE AND HE SUPPOSED TO BE A DEACON IN CHURCH HIPOCRIT THAT'S SAD I'LL SAVE YOU A BUNCH OF MONEY!

Beware! These people, Community Builders, stole $3200 from my elderly mother who wanted to remodel a bathroom for my disabled father. 3200 was the down payment and they were starting the work in a month. After over 6 months they still would not give my mom a start date. Community builders refused to refund the money and were never able to provide a start date. They are thieves and took advantage of an elderly couple.

Extremely unprofessional and delay after delay with the company. Poor management, and very little customer support while I waited and waited.
On the front end, I was told that the sales person would come back and inspect all the work in my home to make sure it met my satisfaction. He never came, had left the company but called me personally asking me to pay the entire bill so he could get paid.
The shower-head fell off the wall within the first two weeks so I just went and bought a new one. I The two windows I had them replace were poorly sealed and look very cheap with all the calking errors.
I would Never recommend doing business with this organization! Oh and they harassed me with a written threat from one of their attorneys. Please Do not put yourself and jobs through all this horrible and stressful situation.

Customer service representatives are very uncourteous, rude, ungrateful and unhelpful. They don't make any effort to attract repeat business. When you give them call, they'll put you on hold until the call drops and when they promise to call you back, you'll never hear back from them.

Had someone call into my company saying we owe them money for Remodels that they paid for but no one came out. We figured out they called the wrong place, she said the name is Community home builders. We directed her to the right phone #. Long story short yall ripped off an old lady $3,200 and never showed up. Shame on your company.

Do not use this company we have called and called for a week straight all we got was voicemail and even left messages no phone calls returned. Turned them over to the Better Business Bureau and nothing. They say they warranty their work and we have a 5 year warranty well you cant get ahold of them at any phone number Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Little Rock. Do not waste your time they will screw you.

Been dealing with this place for over a yr. Took them six months to put in windows and side my home. Been to the office so many times it is not countable. They will not honor there warranty work by contract. My advice to anyone that thinks about getting work done. DON'T!!!!!!! 4000.00 for the trouble.
